He noticed my lanai and suggested spraying the screens as well, which wasn't previously discussed. He also sprayed my front walk area. All this for the same price agreed upon. Dave was clean, polite, and exact with his work. I felt comfortable leaving him to his work while I took my pets out of the house for a few hours. Either way, whatever he did worked. He said there was no way to install the part because it can only be installed at the factory using foam adhesive pressed in. Otherwise, he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer drains which solved the two problems of excessive moisture and ice accumulation. Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.
