This place is a complete racket. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. They won't let you choose the arrangement so you just have to trust they'll put something nice together. I did trust them, and for $120 (including delivery fee) they delivered to my mom literally 1 potted orchid, which they called "Designer's Choice Deluxe." When I called to express disappointment, they were unapologetic and dismissive, and claimed with rising logistics costs, this is a normal price for an orchid (lol). Not the point, since I was expecting the "designer's choice" - even if I couldn't choose a particular arrangement - to be commensurate with the price paid (also, the lady hung up on me). But I guess you're at their mercy on holidays like Mother's Day, so just want to warn you about this experience, which felt incredibly scammy and left me feeling taken advantage of. read more

My son ordered two dozen premium red roses and paid $184.95. I received 14 roses instead of 24. On their website it showed that two dozen roses is $124.95. Not only did they charge $60 too much for two dozen roses but they delivered only 14!!! I would never do business from them again. read more

The person I was delivering to you was not home so they gave me a call to make sure it was OK to leave at the front door and they sent me a picture of the flowers next to the door to double check. read more

Really poor service. Down here on vacation over Valentine's Day. My husband planned far in advance to send me flowers during my visit. It is now 5:30 on Feb 15 and several phone calls from us to them and they still haven't delivered my flowers. My mother in law had another bad experince at Christmas. She ordered a bouquet of all white flowers specifically requesting no candles. What her recipient received was a cheap Christmas arrangement WITH candles. Never use this Florist!! They are the rudest people on the face of the earth! My friend ordered an expensive bouquet to be delivered to me and expressed that it be colorful with Spring colors like the tulips pictured on their website. I explained to him that the main issue I had was that the order was for flowers to be in Spring colors..like on their website.. I asked the owner if he thought Red Orage and Yellow represented Spring Colors or even matched the flowers pictured on his website...He got snippy and rude and refused any further discussion. When my friend called to talk to the owner, he hung up on him!!! This was a $100 arrangement for a sad occasion... What a disgusting heartless business.. Not only are they lousy florists...they are bad liars and think they are mind readers!!! Now the owner gets on and responds with falsehoods...Yes I called to see who the flowers came from as the card was not signed. SO..if there had been an argument in my life i would have known who the flowers were from! Naples Flowers is, as I was told by another local florist, is supplied by the McGlocklin Group, who has places worldwide and ships flowers to any where. With this in mind, Naples Flowers failed tremendously with an order I had. I tried to get peonies flowers three plus weeks before I was to need them, charged more than I normally pay for them and the shop struggled to give me change(which I paid cash for the order) and then a week before I was to pick them up, the store calls and tells me they can't get them. This is where is gets weird; They couldn't give me my monies back and they would send me a check in the mail. They claim they have no monies on site. I had to go to Fort Meyers Florida, to an affiliate shop, to get the check. They gave it to me as I seen a customer hand an employee at the counter money. I went to their bank, Bank of America, and they were going to charge me $8.00 dollars to cash it. The manager was very aloof with me and I don't see customer service getting any better. read more

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's wedding and flowers for the top of her cake. I only gave 4 days notice! They had to call and order the specific flowers (sunflowers) that she wanted. The flowers for the cake were supposed to be just 2 but ended up an entire arrangement. GORGEOUS - and the flowers to carry were the most beautiful, best arrangement I have ever seen. We ordered flowers for our boss's birthday expecting something beautiful. Instead, we received a smaller arrangement of something not even comparable, different vase, worth definitely not as much as what was paid. My boss's associate and I were embarrassed to even give the flowers as a gift as they were nothing as expected, not even fresh. There were a couple other flower deliveries that day at the office for comparison and our flowers were nothing to compare. Sadly, when we called the store and asked to speak to the manager, she seemed bothered by our call, but not in a "let me fix it" kind of way. Instead of trying to fix things, offer a discount, or even offer an apology for the absolute dissatisfaction and poor arrangement even though we weren't even nasty about it, she just had an attitude an insisted when they don't have what we order, they send something comparable. She was so unpleasant we actually felt bad after getting off the phone like we did something wrong. I immediately removed myself from the mailing list! We were trying to support a local business, an acquaintance, and for what?
