Went in one time would never go back again. I had my service dog with me when I entered the shop, the shop worker or owner harassed me about what services my dog provided. I purchased a bulletsafe vest from Naples Gun Shop and their staff picked the size they said was appropriate. When I got the vest home and wore it under a regular shirt (as I told them I wanted to wear it), it became obvious the vest size was way too big. It overlapped on both sides, and stuck out away from my body at least an inch and a half on both the front and the back, I resembled a dog with one of those cones under my shirt. I returned to the store and they said they would not exchange or refund the vest and that I should return it through the manufacturer website. I went home and contacted the manufacturer and they said they only accept returns or exchanges if the product was purchased online through them, and that I needed to go back to the dealer. The next day I went back to Naples Gun Shop and they again refused to exchange or refund the vest. I tried on a vest 2 sizes smaller, and was satisfied with the look and feel under a regular shirt. But Naples Gun Shop refused to exchange or refund, saying they have an "all sales final policy". This was absolutely terrible customer service and possibly more along the lines of a scam? They could have easily exchanged for the smaller size and we would have all been satisfied. BUYER BEWARE at Naples Gun Shop, I will never purchase anything from them again, and I warn anyone I know, please find a different gun shop that believes in customer service and satisfaction! read more

My wife, daughter and I attended the Naples gun shop basic beginners class for concealed weapons certification. The entire program was extremely beneficial for all of us. Ginny, one of the owners, greeted us and made us feel welcome. As you can imagine, as first time gun owners it can be intimidating. But Ginny made us feel welcome. The class was taught by Adam. Adam was fantastic. My wife and daughter were the only two women in the class. Adam made them feel comfortable and took time to help them through some hands on exercises. I appreciated how patient he was with them. He also did and excellent job teaching us about the good, bad and ugly about gun ownership. Trust me it's eye opening and you learn quick that this is a serious decision. This the biggest reason I recommend taking this class at Naples Gun Shop. Not only are the people great, the class informative but you also learn if you are ready to be a responsible gun owner. I had used this shop once before, on a pistol transfer. I had just bought a new trigger from Grayguns for my Sig and was on my was to my normal gun shop to get it installed. Stopped and thought let's give Dave some business, and headed to Naples Gun Shop. When I came back to Naples Gun, to pick up my Sig he wouldn't let me in because I had my lab with me. His comment was get that dog out of here, she will drive my dog nuts. Well it's too hot in Naples to leave a dog in the car, so I suggested he get me in and out in a hurry. Got my pistol, checked with a dry fire, paid, and left. When I got home I discovered a big problem. When dry fired the trigger, when depressed completely would not go back to reset. That means instead of having 17+1 rounds I was 1 and done. When I called Naples Gun I heard you should have checked that when you were here. Bottom line is I wouldn't step foot in that shop again, and my pistol is on it's way back to Sig Sauer so they can try to figure out what he did to it. read more

I recently took the concealed carry class and used their services in transfer a gun from out of state. The class was very well run, professional and entertaining at the same time. This is the second concealed carry class I have taken and it was well worth the time. When receiving my transfer gun I was able to get ammo on the spot which is often difficult these days.
