We were told that if we leave the studio that we wouldn't get the ten percent discount so we should buy it immediately. Thousands of dollars upfront is a big deal. So we asked if we could have some privacy and discuss it. This was my fiancé and myself as we were trying to practice a dance for our wedding. Then not even 60 seconds later Marjorie comes over and starts asking us questions and again we stated we just needed a little privacy in time to think about it. We decided not to move forward since we felt very pressured. The next day I receive a phone call again from Marjorie stating that the owner saw dancing and he wanted to give us a free lesson. I did not respond. The next day she texts me. And then I had to tell her to stop contacting me. I do not appreciate the high sales pressure. It seems like they're just all about the money.

We had Jesse as our private instructor and he did a great job with the two of us beginners. He helped us decide what type of dance that we would like and within minutes we were do the partner dance called the hustle. The hustle (not the line dance) can be done to all types of rock, pop and country music. The group dances are done Monday - Thursday nights and are dedicated to one type of dance. They usually have about 3 couples there and everyone gets a lot of one-on-one attention due to the small group. I really suggest giving it a try, great exercise and a lot of fun.

The establishment is in a big plaza, a dance studio, with lots of parking. We got there about 6 minutes early however it wasn't necessary, there's some chairs when you walk in to sit & wait until it's time to start, or if you need to change your shoes. They have two water fountains if you get thirsty and a unisex bathroom. We got to meet Brian who was the instructor, he separated the class in two since there was a few people who where more advanced. We stayed in the beginners side, Brian began by showing us the first steps, then 2nd and then began to put both together with our partner after two rounds we began to switch off partners and continue our steps but with different partners, I believed this happened because someone was there without a partner so that was the only way to assure everyone had a chance to practice, towards the end we added a 3rd step and then continued to rotate partners and practice all steps together to music, it ended up being about a full hour, it was definitely worth even as someone who grew up dancing salsa for my whole life this was a nice way to make sure I knew all the basic and beginners steps. We had a great time learning, even if you don't want to go out dancing all the time it's nice to know the basics and just enjoy yourself. I think we will come back and try the bachata class on Fridays or come back again to see if we learn something more advanced in Salsa in the future, regardless it's definitely worth doing for fun, or you can always sign up for private one on one lessons with Brian!

I have taken dance lessons before at other studios, but my boyfriend was a beginner. I am seriously SHOCKED at the progress my boyfriend has made in such a short period of time. He learned far more in our first 5 lessons than I learned on my own as a beginner in 10 lessons. Paul (our instructor) has such a clear and consicise way of teaching steps that work in multiple dances. We have since purchased a package in order to continue learning because we learned basic steps plus turns etc. for 5 dance styles in 5 lessons. The cost was less than other local studios and I was beyond pleased with our progress. I wish I could give 6 stars instead of 5 honestly. Courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable staff. Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.
