Not a very transparent company. I would have gone with a smaller law firm after all is said and done I'd have to call them sometimes 3 times before they would get back to me regarding my husbands meso cases. They seemed to have setttled cases with out putting much into them. A few of the employees were great but some had major attitudes. At one point our attorney was let go and we were never told until I called regarding a case. Seems to be a good law firm. They handle thousands of cases so don't let a couple dozen bad reviews make your decision on whether to hire them. My guess is their many happy customers just aren't leaving reviews. They were responsive and will negotiate slightly on their fees. They often take cases without any cost to their client unless they recover money; so you pay nothing if they don't get money for you. Doug Peralta, their lead investigator, was very responsive and willing to walk through the legal process in depth. It's likely more than one attorney will handle your case, with some being more responsive than others. Cody Greenes seems like a newer attorney with the firm, but he's very responsive and genuinely appears to be a good person. read more

The Weitz and Luxemberg Building is definitely a historic landmark. I've been inside this building many times. I've frequently done business with the ground floor tenants of the building. The building tenants change over the years. This building was designed by architect George Post who has designed many buildings in Manhattan. It was constructed in 1891. I used to frequent the office of the National Audubon Society when they owned the building. Their headquarters were located here.I do enjoy visiting historic landmark buildings and churches. One firm dumped my case against 3M on Weitz and Luxemberg. For years I heard nothing from them until I hired another firm to take my case. Year after year of evidence showing hearing loss from the military including the initial test which was a good test. Now after the years of 3M litigation, this scam firm said I don't qualify due to a lack of evidence. I don't think they filed, I don't think they put an effort into winning, and I certainly think that misrepresentation is in order. I am not a big ticket winner, why should I have priority, just a broke, disabled veteran looking for the promised compensation, yet no entity wants to lift a finger to help. Has anyone else been told by Weitz & Luxenberg that Medicare reopened all lien's across the board for all Roundup cases? I've been waiting for over 2 years now for my father's settlement. I've been paying for an estate attorney out of pocket to handle this, because my father passed away & I'm unable to close his estate until the final check has been deposited. We went from a "finalized" status back to "pending".
