So I was craving pasta when I left the hospital and I remembered eating and enjoying the food here a few years ago. Butttt, not today!!!Primarily, because of the service. What i ordered was the pasta sampler( Ravioli, Lasagna, and Manicotti). I specifically asked, "are all three pasta's separated or are all three pastas mixed together in one dish." The staff/family member told me, that they were all separated but on the same dish ( somewhat confusing), I asked are they in separate containers/compartments/ dish what have you - granted it's about $16.00 - she says it's separated but in same dish. Perhaps if I was Italian, and understood the food more, it would have helped? But the way the Guy, and his two girls, talked as though I was an idiot for not understanding how they bake it ALL TOGETHER, IN THE SAME DISH AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE DIFFERENT SECTIONS underneath the covered cheese is wild. Therefore, I was prompted to come out of yelp procrastination retirement and actually say something. Just because people like Italian food doesn't mean we're all Sophia or Dorothy ( Golden Girls). We paid $50, For a "Pasta Sampler," some Garlic bread, a child size Chicken Alfredo,and a piece of Tarimasu . Eating out is a luxury in this economy- having repeated customers is a blessing. My family also owns a very popular soul-food restaurant in Florida, so I'm not ignorant. I will not ever visit this location again. I recommend going where you're appreciated and not where you're barely tolerated. Choose wisely. read more

We ate while visiting from out of town. There was only one other noon on a Saturday which is a clue. My wife and I split the appetizer sampler which has calamari, mozzarella sticks, and fried mushrooms. Disappointed to find all of them were obviously frozen. The rolls were good. The Alfredo was creamy and the marinara had chunks of tomatoes which was a sign of being homemade. Our friends had a manicotti & tortellini which both look good but I can't rate the taste. The service was decent enough. I think it was the owner that waited on us. The inside of the place is charming. read more

have u noticed the high napoli praise comes from out of state? are these out of state commentors paid for a high review? i do not know. but as a comment from an actual duncan ok former customer, the food is straight from the freezer to a microwave to yur plate. zero anything italian about the place go north just a few miles to dicentions and gyuiseppes in marlow ok. decentios has best pizza in steohens county. read more

Should have left when we walked in and the hostesses didn't even look up from his seat and said pick anywhere you want as long as it's in the front. Food was bad, service was worse and the hygiene was scary. If I had seen bathroom first, we would have left then. Met my dad later on who we were visiting and he said "you picked worse place in Town". My advice is go somewhere else. read more

We occasionally come here on cheat days. We really like the pizza, especially the small ones, which allow everyone to get their own toppings, and then you have leftovers. The service is really good I think! But to be honest, I like to come here because Stephanie is just that awesome!! She must live here because we've never been in that she wasn't here. Was in Duncan and our regular spot was closed. Drove around and looks like everything in Duncan is closed on Sundays. Happen to run across Napolis with the open sign flashing. Tried this shit hole again trying to give this place and the ASSHOLE MANAGER another chance. Came in before at 2:55 lunch menu is over at 3:00. He refuses to honor their lunch menu. Last time I came here the spaghetti noodles were so mushy and I did not eat ANY of my spaghetti and the assholes still charged me for it. I will NEVER again give this shit hole a chance. read more

I really searched for a positive in this restaurant and couldn't find a positive remark. The food was not good. The service was very bad. The waitress was snippy with us. We wanted a fan that was over us turned off. She said it would be too hot. We were the only people in that section. She acted annoyed that we were there. Our food was not good. Was in town for business and looking for a place to eat. I was actually looking for another restaurant but couldn't find it so rather than fast food, I decided to try Napoli's. There was a decent crowd when I entered and I was seated right away. They have all the basics on the menu and the prices are a lot lower than what I am used to. I am a big fan of Veal Parmesan so I thought I'd give it a try. While I waited they brought some garlic roles which were okay. I thought they could have used a little more of the butter coating but overall not bad. Then they brought a salad and finally the main dish. When I first saw the plate I was impressed. It looked good. I was very surprised by the veal. It was cooked perfectly and was very tender. The side pasta wasn't anything special. It tasted like typical pasta from the box and the sauce is a bit sweeter than I prefer but still, not bad. Overall, I enjoyed my meal at Napoli's and would certainly eat here again if back in town. read more

When you're sitting inside, you keep trying to figure out what fast food restaurant this used to be. We came to the shared conclusion that it felt like a Wendy's. You could probably cook most of what they offer at home and it would taste better, but it was close, open, and less shady than the other options in the area. There aren't any options in Duncan. Next time, we will drive somewhere else. That said, the salads were blah, the marinara sauce was expensive and not very good. The food was edible, just nothing to write home about. The service was fine. They didn't split our checks even though we asked, so we just hurried up to pay and left. In from out of town for the Duncan HS graduation and Yelp helped locate this place. We shared 2 pizzas a salad and the daily special, Spaghetti Rebecca. The pizzas were very good - great crust. The salad had their house vinegarette and it was outstanding. Good enough to drag the garlic bread knots thru. The Spaghetti Rebecca was awesome. Very unusual gravy with olive oil and basil and other stuff, not a traditional tomato based sauce. Very worth coming in here. read more

If you are a person of color don't go here you will be served last and spoken to last. I watched people cut in front of my husband as well as the servers and no one did anything. This place serves great food. There aren't many, if any, other Italian food options in Duncan, but luckily our meals were delicious.

When you first arrive at this restaurant they give you a basket of bread to start. The bread is very good. The eggplant parmesan is delicious, I usually ask for less sauce on mine. The pizzas and calzones are good. My husband likes to order the calamari. I love Napolis the only complaint I have is the meat portions are very thin. So if you go there expecting a lot of meat portions on your chicken or sausage plate you can forget about that and just order some pasta or pizza, etc. However if you order the pizza with sliced italian sausage then you will get more meat. That's a very good pizza. The prices are reasonable. read more

SO.....right when you get seated they bring this amazing yeast bread covered in butter and parmaseano cheese that you have to try and not take another bite of because you will stuff yourself with the amazing dough thats baked to perfection, oh the carbs how I love you!!!! We tried the sampler appetizer and it was very satisfying with the cold beer, nothing goes better than some fried mushrooms, calamari and cheese sticks deep fried to a golden brown ! Next we ordered our entrees and they came with a dinner salad that was well a little underwhelming just lettuce and some marinara tasting Italian dressing.......I can overlook that though because the dinner was absolutely delicouse!!! The seafood special was shrimp, lobster, clams and mussels served with a sherry wine cream sauce....WOW!!! Creamy and fresh tasting seafood that melts in your mouth. So we kind of all orders seafood dishes ........Shrimp scampi, buttery YUM!! Shrimp and scallop Alfredo, creamy and rich YUM!! We had to try the spaghetti so we went with the spaghetti ..."the works", which means it comes with grilled sausage links and meatballs! A great tomato sauce rich in flavor and texture!! My husband and I frequently order Spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms and Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Both pastas and the bread is good. We just wish the salad was better. We wish it was at least romaine lettuce or spinach instead of bland iceberg lettuce. read more

Best Italian food around in my opinion. Not the fastest place. But! That's a good thing! The food is cooked fresh and when it's brought to your table it is delicious! I love their chicken Alfredo. And they are more than willing to do substitutions and changes to your liking. If you are looking for a fast eat and average food this is not the place for you. To any younger people it's a great date place that's out of the norm of say Applebee's or Olive Garden. read more

YUM. Stopped in to pick up dinner to go and sipped a glass of wine while I waited. While I'd recommend saving your $ on the wine (grape juice with a splash of rubbing alcohol), the service and food was excellent! Lots of families and small children, vinyl booths, and flat screen TVs playing college basketball. For dinner I selected the pasta sampler which included meat ravioli, lasagna and manicotti, all topped with melted mozzarella cheese - my tummy was ecstatic and the price was a deal. Just went to Napoli's with my friend for lunch. Gotta say, I'm now a fan. The food is fresh and the service is prompt and friendly. I had the pasta sampler on the lunch menu. It came with spinach ravioli, lasagna, and cheese manicotti. They were all baked in the same casserole dish. but the flavors were all unique and held up very well together. Their tiramisu is creamy and decadent. It was also a huge piece. I'm very impressed with the place and would definitely recommend other to go there. read more

The staff is fantastic and they try their best, but the pizza... it's the best there is in town, bless their hearts. It's a notch above Pizza Hut, so if you're desperate for pizza in Southwestern OK, this is the place that you go.
