I have lived here for 2 years and yet to find a good pizza. I have really tried hard to like Napoli's. My son begged for his birthday to order from here. So we did $24 for a medium pizza and a medium pepperoni. For 2 medium for almost $50. Disgusted it was soggy too much cheese and hardly any vegetables. This is a decent place to get lasagna. I'm not a big fan of their pizza but I'm not sure what exactly it lacks just not a place that comes to mind when I want pizza in fact it is the opposite I would rather not. My family doesn't really like their wings but this place has a good meatball and tasty lasagna. I notice they have specials for pizzas and even lunch specials which is a plus as that is hard to find now days at local pizza shops. We placed a phone order for 2 pizzas and we would pick up. When we went to get the pizzas, they forgot to make the second pizza and we had to wait another 20 minutes. So 30 minutes later we got our pizza with the cheese slide to one side. The pizza had no taste, none what so ever. The cheese was soupy and they were skimpy on the sausage. So I placed on online order with these guys today at 5 pm. I received an order confirmation email and guess what....81$ is missing from my account. The order was supposed to be delivered at 655 pm. I patiently waited until around 725pm. At this point I make a phone call. After a couple tings someone picks up and I explain the situation. At which point I'm told that my order didn't go thru. Apparently order confirmations go to my inbox but failed orders go to my junk mail. That's what they told me anyhow. Long story short I received no food and was told the order didn't go thru. Missing 81$ tho for an order that didn't go thru. Cool won't be calling them ever again. Great business. Didn't even offer to fix the situation. Don't say the word shit if you call either. We had a pizza delivered several weeks ago and it was WONDERFUL. We were so happy because we thought we had finally found a pizza we really liked. We ordered one last nite (4-27) and it was very disappointing -- all mushy from about 2 inches from edge -- absolutely could not pick it up and eat it without making a huge mess. I have to say until tonight I have always been happy with this place, but Iam very frustrated tonight ordered hamburger with fries and 2 Italian beef with fries picked up in 30 min, checked the order , short a sandwich and no fries at all for all 3 orders. So called the girl and told her and she just said well you didn't get charged for the other stuff and what can I say"sorry". Then hung up. Horrible service waited two hours for a delivery. Called three times food was cold and terrible. They gave me a free pizza which I ordered for Monday night football again late and cold. They have great pizza if you like a thinner crust like i do. Sauce isnt too sweet like some places. And the cheese they use tastes Fresh! I recommend the pizza. read more

If it weren't for the exceptionally rude staff behind the counter this place would get a solid 4 stars. Food is good, prices are reasonable. What isn't good is when you walk in and aren't greeted, then you're rudely shushed because God forbid, you want to pick up your order. Having your card slung across the counter, attitude, need I say more? Seriously, there's literally dozens of other pizza/pasta joints around, why put up with that lack of service? This is the first review that I have ever written. Considering when I contacted Napoli's about an incorrect order that was delivered I was lied to by an Adrianna and then mocked by another on the phone. Obviously they don't care about customers and customer retention. I mentioned this on FB and found other friends shared the same experience. My point being, Napoli's food is ok, however, their customer service is horrible. I will not order from them again and neither will friends who had the same experience recently.
