They make you feel as though you are the most important patient they have and ensure all your questions/issues have been addressed. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Enzyme Insufficiency which isn't always the easiest/quickest issue to manage, but Dr Thakore assured me she would not stop until we had the issue under control....and she kept her word. I was referred here by my primary physician, due to some blood levels being off. I believe it was…read morein the liver. I also had some acid reflux and occasional difficulty swallowing. The facility is conveniently located just off of Indian Ripple Road. There is ample parking, with plenty of handicap spots. The facility itself is clean with plenty of seating. I've been here probably five times now. Check in is relatively easy and staff are friendly. There is also an onsite CompuNet lab, so if bloodwork is requested, it can be done the same day. They also do several procedures. I had a procedure with Doctor Wheeler. In layman's terms, it basically was a procedure to stretch the esophagus because I had periodically had problems swallowing. Scheduling the procedure was easy and the procedure itself was very good. Dr. Wheeler is a very proficient physician and explains the procedure prior to your appointment. I highly recommend this facility. The few times I've been here, there were quite a few patients. It is a busy facility. However, the physicians, the nurses and the technicians are friendly and caring. I would go here again.

The person was pleasant and understood that this situation seamed bizarre to say the least. I ended up paying the same bill again so it wouldn't impact my credit score. I hope I don't have to pay the same bill again in the future. I am happy I am done with the special billing. Never received an updated bill and never received a receipt for each payment. Strange billing practice. I have to return to this doctor this month and I will see if things have straightened out there.
