I left this identical review under Well Now, but thats because its essentially the same location under a new name and the well now version is closed. This urgent care used to be Well Now but is now Quickmed but its the same location and we have been there with similar experience under the well now name and the current name. I'm superstitious that if I crow about good care it will disappear (kind of like a universal I told you so), so to be clear this is only about the care I have received to date, and the experience going forward could change at any time. This is hands down the best urgent care medical services my family and I have experienced in two decades. The providers aren't just attentive and caring, they are competent. Like shockingly competent, which is something I don't really expect to receive in this region, even at the "nicer" areas, much less by an urgent care anywhere. The office side is a little iffy (mostly workflow problems: long waits, communication issues, computer system problems), but the office staff has always been courteous to us and I would far prefer to have people who care, try, and the providers to be medically competent than have shorter wait times and a more efficient workflow.
