At first I was told it would take a few days to get to me, which is fair, these guys are busy, but the owner had an opening and said he could get to me a day later, which was great. I was given a window of 1-3 pm. At 1:05 the two guys from Pirana were at my door ready to go. They came in looked over my patio area, and got right to work. With in 45 minutes they were done and gone. They didn't go to fast, my patio looks AMAZING and they explained what they were doing, and asked if I were satisfied with the results.....which I am very much. I have no affiliation whatsoever to anyone that works there. I called them because I found them on yelp and they were the closest to my home. Great choice on my part. We requested a quote for roof and driveway cleaning late in the day and it was texted back on the next day. The price seemed very reasonable so we added our pool enclosure which was looking pretty greenish, and the walls of the house. They confirmed the day before arriving and texted when they said they would be a few minutes late. Upon arriving they moved patio furniture and other items that were close to the walls and work began immediately. As sections of the roof and house were getting done, another person was hosing down the walls and plants to rinse out any dirt or chemical residue falling on them. When they finished, the place looked as if it had just been painted. They returned all furniture to its original place. Nothing broken, not one plant trampled. Today, a day later, I see no bleaching on any grass or plants. Service was efficient and quick, and the quality of the work thorough and outstanding. Before the city of Lauderhill got a hold of me I decided that it was time to pressure clean the sidewalk the driveway and the front part of the house. I made my call to John at piranha pressure cleaning and scheduled my appointment. John called promptly ahead of time to let me know what time they would be there and showed up even before he was scheduled. I call that great service. John went to work with one helper and pressure cleaned everything that I asked for and a few other things that I added on and I would have to say it took maybe 30 or 40 minutes to complete my job. The way it looked before it was hideous I don't live at my dad's house so maintaining it is kind of iffy. I try my best to keep my dad's house nice because eventually it is going to be my home. Little by little I have things that need done, just like the pressure cleaning needed done about a year ago. I reached out to Piranha Pressure cleaning to have my driveway, patio and house cleaned. My home is only 3 years old, so it is not "hideous", but it was dirty. John called to let us know he was going to look at our house and give us a quote. The quote was very reasonable considering the size of our home.
