I needed my roof soft washed so I contacted Ivan's Pressure Cleaning Services. Other pressure-washing companies in the past caused numerous damages to my property (i.e. plants and grass killed), so I explicitly expressed this concern to Ivan via text message prior to them starting the job. He continuously reassured me that my landscaping would be fine and that his company took numerous measures to prevent damage to the landscape. We then set the job up for the next day, for his company to soft wash my roof and to pressure wash my front entrance walkway. The job was set for the next day at 3 PM. I was waiting patiently at home as 3:30 rolled by. Finally, two men rang my doorbell around 3:45 PM. One of them was brushing his teeth on the side of the vehicle and spitting the toothpaste into my front driveway! They put down tarps in the front of my property and covered the drain spout. They did not have enough to cover everything, so I had to search my garage for another large tarp, which luckily, I had. They began the job and I went inside. Afterwards, I inspected the roof from afar and it looked very clean. Initially, I was extremely pleased by the results. One of the men showed me pictures of 3-4 cracked tiles on my roof, and asked if they were previously damaged and I said yes. The next day, I climbed onto my roof to further inspect the job and I was shocked to find numerous cracked tiles that were obviously never there prior to the job being done. I then hired a few roofing companies for estimates to repair the shingles. Compared to before the job when I had no more than 3-4 cracked tiles, I now had 26 cracked tiles. I was quoted $1000 by one company and $899 by another company. The damage that his company did to my roof alone was more than the cost of the job ITSELF ($575)! I was absolutely furious and contacted Ivan. When I approached him regarding the roof, he vehemently denied having damaged my roof and told me that he did not believe that he has to be responsible for paying for the damages done to my roof. He then asked me if I had taken pictures of my roof prior to the start of the job. I said that I had not because I did not think that I would have to. After over half an hour of him denying that his company made the damages to my roof, he agreed to Zelle me half of the cost of the repair of the roof. I waited a day and I did not hear back from him. I called him and he said that he would now provide before and after photos to me that would prove that he was not responsible for the damage to my roof. After hanging up the phone, I waited for him to send the photos. He responded with "There are the pictures". I waited the entire day and did not receive any photos. After thinking back carefully, I realized the scam. His worker showed me the "before photos" after the job was done. Having already known that he cracked over 20 tiles, he showed me photos of my roof before the job was done as if they were the photos of my roof after the job was done so that I would never know of the damage unless I actually went up there and inspected the roof myself. Ultimately, he did not Zelle me anything for my roof either. I now have to pay my landscaper several hundred dollars to repair the damage done to my landscape, and I also have to pay nearly $1000 out of my own pocket to repair the damage that he caused to my roof! I am absolutely LIVID!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT hire Ivan's Pressure Cleaning Services to do any work on your property whatsoever! They will completely destroy your property, leave you with countless damages (which end up being unexpected and large expenses when you already have bills to pay), and then deny everything! Ivan and his company are dishonest crooks and incompetent pressure washers. Save yourself time, money, and grief! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! read more

Ivan did a phenomenal job cleaning my asphalt shingle roof and concrete driveway! For the roof, he cleaned it via a method known as 'soft washing', the only way one should really clean an asphalt shingle roof, and this made my roof look brand new! Over the years I've hired several pressure washer companies for my driveway - yet they all appeared like they were in a rush to get to the next job.
