I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. We initially said we would try to spray flex seal in the seems ourselves, but that didn't work, so we hired them. They came out and sealed, but there were a couple places that still leaked in a heavy rain. They came back out and did some more patching at no cost and now we have a leak proof lanai.
