My daughter had lots of fun here for 2 summers now and can't wait to go back again. They also have online classes so you can continue to take classes during the year as well.

As we wind down another summer, I need to write what an AMAZING place this is. This is our second…read moreyear coming to the camp. I will say this is absolutely worth it. My daughter was very apprehensive on her first day last year. But by the end of the day, she was happy, had a lot of fun, and was excited to go back. I think she was still on the young side (and I don't speak Spanish), so it was a little difficult to keep it going in the evenings or throughout the year. But this year was so different. She comes home and will give short commands or phrases when asking for something or to say please and thank you. And if she sees something on the street, she points things out "Mom, mariposa!" It's great to see her starting to integrate some of it into her every day. The teachers are fantastic and so wonderful. They recently had a fundraising celebration at the school and it was great to see the teachers in a different light, as they sang and taught dances, organized games and crafts. Although it seems like a little bit more money than you might spend at a regular camp, having the extra knowledge of a new language is worth the extra money. In California, Spanish is becoming a necessary second language to learn and I'm so happy they have created this camp to teach the kids while having fun. The best part is they teach about a new country each week and now my daughter is excited to travel there someday.
