This place is a joke. I have tried to talk to the owners but they were too cowardly to call me back. So I want everyone who reads this to know about this place. They made my 82 year old dad wait for 3 1/2 hours to get his hearing test done. The office is totally disorganized and didn't seem to know he was waiting in the booth or in the office or anytime they handed him off to another employee. The manager admitted they have "staffing issues". They tried an illegal bait and switch on my dad. When he wouldn't buy their new hearing aids they tried to charge him $1,000 to adjust his hearing aids!!!! The office manager said this was a comparable price to what others charge. That is not true! He is getting them adjusted tomorrow for $300!!!! To me it seemed they were trying to take advantage of an elderly person. When I called to complain to the owners they were too cowardly to call me back. Something is definitely wrong here and I hope no one else goes here and suffers like my dad had to. read more

Very unprofessional . High pressure sales for hearing aids that were $2000 more than competitors. Return fees was over $850., other company's charge $300. So I was better off returning to save the other $1000. When I expressed my regret over the purchase , the only person that would talk to me was the receptionist. The provider never called or attempted to discuss my concerns. Very disappointing . They delayed the $9500 refund for 4 days because no one was "authorized " to refund that amount .they had no problem charging it . In the end they reduced the return fee , but only to $500. I kept the hearing aids from 430 pm when I walked out till 9am when they opened the next day. read more
