The initial call was handled professionally and a quick appointment was offered. On arrival, the reception staff were wonderful, friendly and prompt. Then Brandon quickly resolved all my concerns and explained the alternatives for better hearing. He also took the time to educate myself and my husband about the many variables influencing hearing loss. I've had hearing loss for 25 years and have never encountered a more knowledgeable, professional and skilled audiologist.
