If you want quality care, or need a miracle, you should see Dr. Zloty. I'm being a bit facetious…read moreabout miracles, but hear me out. I moved to the area from Atlanta. A prominent Eye Surgeon in Atlanta, had performed cataract surgery about 18 months before my move to the Bay Area. Before cataract surgery my vision was 20/25. Rougly normal. After Surgery it immediately went down to 20/50 in one eye and 20/80 in the other. In other words I had to be within 20 feet of an object that a person with normal vision could see from 50 or 80 feet depending on the eye. That's a reduction in vision of roughly 75%. For 18 months I spent thousandnof dollars, and endless appointments with specialists in Atlanta. Nobody could figure out how to repair the damage that had been done. Shortly after moving to the area, I met Dr. Zloty by chance. I gave him the files from the Previous Opthalmologist, and made an appointment as immediately as possible to see Dr.Zloty. Dr Zloty did one test during my appointment. The same test, using the same equipment had been conducted several times in Atlanta. Within 15 minutes, gave ne a detailed explanation of my problem. Within a few weeks and two simple procedures, I now have 20/20 vision. Dr Zloty says it will continue to improve! So was it a miracle? I don't know. But I do know that my vision has been saved because Dr Zloty had knowledge that a large team of other Doctors in Atlanta didn't have. On another note. My neighbor had surgery in Texas before coming here. She is an 89 year old widow that is very active. One of her eyes had lost all vision. She had seen other Doctors, with no results. I told her about my experience and she made an appointment with Dr. Zloty. Surgery was conducted yesterday and her sight has been restored! Sorry for the long review But, if you need help with your eyes, please consider this Doctor. I think you will be very pleased.

Outcomes, procedural processes, and what you can expect will all be a lie. Once you get there don't expect to be able to leave, they will promise you that you have ever right to change your mind but when you do your held against your will and put to sleep, or tell you anything and promise you the world to get you to stay. They aren't willing to let that money walk out of the hospital. I've had failed prk laser surgery, and failed corneal transplant with this group. Having anything to do with Dr Zloty and his staff especially Diana worst mistake I've ever made. If you wanna be violated, mislead, misguided, and after thousands spent still be no better by all means go see him and Diana. Once again if being violated and held (raped) against your will is your thing please by all means give them a shot.

I had sinus surgery, performed by Dr. Harrison, just recently. If you are considering using him…read morefor this procedure, I should warn you ahead of time. To begin with, don't expect a good bedside manner from him. After seeing him a total of 4 times, the fifth time I went to see him, he couldn't even remember when I had surgery or what I was allergic to - I guess because he couldn't bother to look at my chart before he entered the room. Instead, I had to answer the same questions I had answered every other time I had seen him. Don't expect him to be honest about what to expect from this procedure, either. He told me I would be "uncomfortable" for 3 days after the surgery, and then I would be fine. That was not true. When I was being wheeled in to the operating room, one of the nurses told my husband it was one of the most painful surgeries around, and she wasn't fibbing. He will not give you any indication of what to expect while recovering, either. You will be spending lots of time rinsing your sinuses, using nasal saline, and taking other medications. Neither he or his staff will prepare you for all the aftercare procedures. He also has a bad habit of expecting you to read his mind. For instance, the paperwork he sent home with us said to rinse my sinuses at least twice a day. So, I did it three times a day. When I returned for my first visit after surgery, he accused my husband and I of lying - that I had not been rinsing. When we insisted I had, 3 times a day, he proceeded to inform us that that wasn't enough - we should have been doing it much more often - 6 or 8 times a day! I guess telling us late is better than not telling us at all. Also, I would avoid having the surgery on Friday. He has his practice take his calls on the weekends, and they don't have a clue. I'm giving him 2 stars instead of one because I think his surgical skills are good. The rest, however, needs improvement.
