Many children in my daughters' 3 year old 1st year tap/ballet class complained they were yelled at often by the instructor. More than anything, though, the owners were so awful and rude to the parents during photo day and dance rehearsal for the recital it was truly one of the most unprofessional and chaotic displays of poor customer service I have ever witnessed and had the misfortune to personally experience.
