But today, I got back home and found a huge stain (see pic) on my brand new jeans that I have not yet even worn! :( How could they miss this stain that they added to my brand new unworn jeans?!?! :( I would go back to the cleaners now but they close soon. I'm currently trying to get the stain out myself. If the stain comes out, then I will delete this review. Update (Aug 13, 2023): I had gone back to TC Quality Cleaners the next day after calling the day I picked up my ruined jeans. After pointing out all the stains they added, they replied that I should have washed the brand new jeans instead of dry-cleaning. They also said that brand new, colored jeans have some sort of oil on them and should not be dry-cleaned. I would have felt better with a simple apology for not noticing they added dark spots, instead of pointing the finger back at me. They took the jeans and told me to come back 3 days later. When I returned, most of the dark black spots were not that noticeable anymore. They were very faded. But I also noticed some newer faded spots were added. The jeans do look a little bit better in certain lighting.

I arrived yesterday at 6:57, and the doors were locked while the worker was sweeping/mopping. She was half way through the shop, meaning she had locked the doors well before 7pm. I knocked in the door, she kept shaking her head. This is the same woman around St Patrick's day, I went there to do laundry. She locked the doors around 10am while my laundry was being washed! Another time, this same "lady" couldn't even communicate with me in English, only spoke Spanish, unless she purposely didn't want to assist me. I went to load money on my card, the machine did not give a receipt so I went to ask the person working there who she stated her name was Christina when I told her the problem she tried to act like I was dumb for asking, One of the issues I had before was that even though I had supposedly loaded the money from my debit card and it said that it loaded when I got to the machine it said there was insufficient funds on the card the owner was there and asked for the receipt I presented it and he fixed the problem however today when I loaded the card there no receipt came out. When I asked the attendant she said I didn't need the receipt that all I had to do was place the card on the machine and it would tell me how much was on the card. Being a customer here for over two years I already knew how the system worked she said I had an attitude!! For asking about a receipt??? really?? I told her no it's you that has an attitude. When she walked over to the machine and realized there was no paper in the machine she said that it wasn't her problem. She was rude and her and the other female attendant smirked and called me a dumb and fat not sure what my weight has to do with anything what it boils down too is that her generation has no work ethic manners or respect.
