We had a point person to communicate directly with Anthony and the crew sent out so that we could work out all the kinks and details. I recommend putting a clear cut list together of what the expectations are so nothing is missed, especially if it's a bigger, unique job. So, I talked to guy and told him I was looking to get my carpet cleaned, I needed it clean by the end of the month, and asked how much extra would the pet treatment be. I only asked because in the Groupon someone said it was reasonable. But, I'm sure a regular carpet cleaning with a professional equipment would suffice in comparison to the little one I have.
