I brought my family in to spend some mid-day fun time. The AC was welcome in the heat, and we spent a lot of time in the arcade playing mini bowling and a ton of other games. The best one was the holowave VR zombie game. Its a nice setup and a blast with multiple people able to crosstalk and see each other. My son and I also did a bunch of cart racing. Once we figured out which carts were fast, it was pretty good. Packed tracks, lots of opportunity for aggressive driving. This was a spur of the moment decision to purchase all day passes. It was a little cold but we loved it. 2 adults 4 kids and short lines. Purchased 2 of the refillable souvenir cups as soon as we arrived and never spent another dime. From open to close except the hour we went to lunch and came back, we raced the tracks with minimal wait times. The tracks themselves were decent but could be better. There are 3 tracks we mainly spent time between. The cars definitely should go faster. There are far too many that "putt putt" around. But there are still a fair share of cars that are fast enough you just have to scope them out and try to grab them. The workers for the most part were very patient and did their best to improve the experience for everyone while trying to stay warm. read more

My family of 12 went in there and were going to all buy vacation passes but strictly because of their disrespectful behavior and mannerisms we decided to spend our money elsewhere. It is a safety nightmare! The people who are working the go kart tracks are not properly trained or equipped to handle the safety of the people driving the karts. Multiple times they were not paying attention to what was happening as they were engaged with each other or someone in line. Some tracks only had two people and they could not handle it when karts got turned. They tell you some kind of safety warning that only the first couple of people in line could possibly hear. It's terribly unsafe. Also, for the price you pay, the park should be in better shape. The karts look worn out, the mini golf course looks pathetic. It's really not good. Management needs to take safety seriously. read more

So for about $40 pp you have access to a bunch of exciting go kart tracks for the entire day. Also, mini golf, bumper boats and other rides are included. There are two attractions that are sold as add-ons but one is a track that requires you to have a valid DL so it's more for adults anyway. The employees make the experience!!! They are extremely patient and firm if need be. This is my fourth time visiting. We are from Ny. I can't say enough good things about the value. Parking is $5 but you can come and go as you please all day. Want to go off site for lunch? Cool. Shop at the outlets for an hour or so? Cool. Purchase the $8 commemorative cup and get free refills all day and .99 refills if you come back. If it rains??? They'll issue you a pass to come back. We went to the NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains today, and Garrett was so nice and treated my son, so kindly. My son and him became friends at our visit. Garrett went above and beyond for my son and was so kind to him and us. My son has Level 2 Autism and ADHD and he struggles making friends, and Garrett was so sweet to him. It was really touching and made this autism mama cry. I was truly touched by how sweet and kind Garrett was to my son. During one go kart race it was just me on my own kart and my husband and my son together on one kart and I was winning Garrett was in the middle of the track in the grass area running along beside my son and husband. Then he even let us take a picture and raced my son twice in a running race. We will definitely be going back to NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains again. I could cry again just thinking about this. I am truly touched by Garrett's kindness. Again, thank you so much, Garrett ( I dont know if you will even see this), but if you do, just know that I am beyond grateful and truly touched by your kindness to my son. NASCAR SpeedPark is a rip off and a joke of a thrill park. With the regular pass that is 50 bucks after tax, you are only allowed to ride 3 tracks and one of them is too slow to be able to feel like you are racing each other. You need more money than brains to enjoy this place read more

Best deal for go kart riding. We paid less than $28.00 per person. They also give $3.00 off per person for military discount. They have 8 go kart tracks and you have unlimited drives. Putt putt is also included in the entrance fee. The lines were so short that we got to ride straight away almost every time. Other go karts in the area charge per ride, so this was a great deal In Comparison. Sometimes Groupon has specials. You may want to check online for height requirements, but I feel like smaller/kiddos/people could drive or ride with adults. read more

Kids loved this place. Bumper boats only had 2 working boats. Many things to do other than just go karts. Many benches with massive umbrellas to provide shade. Who doesn't love go kart racing? This is a very popular place, so be prepared for long lines. That's probably the biggest let down. There's a lot to do, but I felt like we stood in lines a lot. We bought the unlimited rides bands. But to feel like you're getting your money's worth, you really should come early and stay all day. The good thing is that as long as you keep your band on, you can go and come back. At one point it started raining and we went to the outlet mall across the road until they reopened the tracks. if i could give this place negative stars i would. no where does it say you have to be 16 with an id to ride the big track. mind you i had pic of my id to show. We came with our son (12) last week and bought the unlimited wristband. They advertise that you can go on all tracks which is untrue. There is only 3 tracks you can do. We were told while in line that the young champions and the qualifier is for small children only (he was too tall) and the other track you need to show proof of a valid driver's license AND pay extra (which was never mentioned at admission). The one thing my son liked about the place was the victory burnout. It was worth paying extra for that. However, another guest and my husband both had to ask 2 different workers if they could please see if someone was coming to operate the ride because there was a line that was standing there for quite awhile waiting to go on. Also, it doesn't say on the website but you are charged $10 parking as well. Overall i would have chosen to spend $40+ per person somewhere else. read more

BUT, we were disappointed to see they started charging $8 for parking this yr and the cool track in the back and some of the cooler rides were no longer included in our wristband. 11 of us arrived around 2:30, and didn't leave until around 8:15 when they closed. We weren't sure what to expect, and before we knew it, the place was closing. We had our kids with us, 23, 22, three 15 year olds, 13 and a 10 year old. The younger ones were a little apprehensive at first, but quickly warmed up to the idea of getting in on the fun after seeing all of us leave with huge smiles on our faces and laughing at each other. The staff is awesome! We had some glitches at first with getting the wristbands, but they were very quick to help us get it straightened out and back out on the tracks. It would have been awesome to see an actual slick track, but the intimidator and the young champions tracks were by far the best. We were skeptical on coming here for the day due to quite a few negative reviews stating the pricing and what is or isn't included in the day pass. We showed up and bought tickets in person, totaling $78 for 2 adult day passes. In addition we also spent $30 in arcade credits. We asked what was included in the day pass and it was explained clearly with no confusion. 5 kart tracks included with all day rides, 2 mini golf games. (Which they have 2 spectate small 18 hole courses) A total of 7 hours spent at the park and it was super fun. We came on a Monday and it was not very busy. Most rides were open except for the 2 additional fee go kart tracks, the rock wall, and number boats. We rode the 5 different kart tracks about 3-4 times each, played both rounds of mini golf and spent about an hour in the arcade. We didn't eat there due to selection and food pricing but you are able to come and go as much as you would like with the day pass. -1 star for the cleanliness of the bathroom, men's specifically, and multiple arcade machines being out of order. Overall I would highly recommend this attraction as a fun and chill day in pigeon forge. The pricing was fair, the park overall was clean, staff had good attitude. read more

Went here at 6 p.m. not realizing they closed at 8 now. Had our family of 8 so we spent a little over $300 for 8 all-day passes (This is typically understandable pricing for our family, but the front desk did not warn us when they closed). We were about to do put-put when they said they were closing. A manager named Spencer helped us out and gave us 8 free day passes to cash in whenever! No expiration dates! Tracks were pretty basic. No hills or anything fun or exciting. They are very strict on bumping into other cars which is fine but makes it difficult to really enjoy racing because you can't even try to go around someone. My toddler was tall enough for some of the kiddy rides (36in) but was unable to do the baby karts because he couldn't reach the pedal to push it hard enough so that was disappointing. The kiddy rides were okay (he liked them even though they were also basic) but everything honestly looked really run down. The price seemed like a good value but I would not recommend for adults or even older teenagers because it's really not that exciting. Better for kids/preteens. read more

I had a fun time at NASCAR SpeedPark this past weekend! They have go-cart racing, arcade games, a kiddie roller coaster, food, bumper cars and a climbing wall. I recommend getting the unlimited wrist band so you can ride as many times as you want! Bumper cars are not included though. I think the value for money here is pretty good. At 30ish dollars, you could stay a whole day with their 8 tracks and couple other rides. Their biggest track however was my least favourite, with super bumpy cars and it wasn't even fast, with stuff flying into my eyes the whole time. I would give that track itself a 2 star but I did enjoy a couple other tracks. The lines are a bit long but I had a good time and there is also a mall right next to it. read more

On the inside, they have video games, a bowling alley and food. There are also rides for the kids separate from the go cart races and mini golf!! FYI, the best track is The Intimidator. During the last 2 days of our trip it was raining all day. We hoped to experience the outdoor go carts but it was shut down. However, we still went to experience the VR GAMING. This was a BLAST! My nephews ages 13 & almost 11yrs old LOVED it. & I must say once I gave in I thoroughly enjoyed it myself. All of the adults played a round & we all went back the next day to play a couple rounds each again. The staff personal, DYLAN, took great care of us, explained everything well, & helped anytime we needed him to. We spent a few hours there on Thursday 9/24/2020. Bought cards for the arcade games & rode the indoor bumper cars too. Friday we returned solely for the VR experience. It was just as much fun to watch our crew play as it was to play ourselves. my boyfriend and i came to this place not knowing we would have as much fun as we did . for the two of us to do unlimited racing and everything outside (that includes the mini golf) , we paid $73 . We had so much fun that we even came back the next day . we spent every bit of 2-3 hours here each time and had a blast . the lines werent bad at all . most of the time we could get out of the kart , back in line and immediately back on the track . and the workers were super friendly ! definitely recommend this place . we felt like little kids and loved every second of it !! this place is great if youre 1 trying to save money instead of hitting every go kart/mini golf along pigeon forge , and 2 if you need to pass by the time for a late dinner . also right next to the outlet mall ! drop the kids off for a few hours and go shopping !! read more
