I don't know why they have the name BIG Top arcade. Looking at the name and building size, you would think that this arcade is huge, maybe two stories or at least go back a couple hundred feet... This arcade was perfect for my two kids, ages 3 and 7. All the games were in working order. My son enjoyed playing skee-ball ($1 per play) and my daughter was thrilled when she won an octopus stuffie out of the claw machine ($1 per play). They also had ticket roll claw machines ($5 per play) that were pricy, but easy to win and gain more tickets. The cleanliness is what won me over! Games were well kept, areas were clean, and all the employees were friendly! The arcade isn't huge, but there are plenty of games to go around. We went around 2pm and it was not crowded. I have to say this is the best arcade I've ever visited with my kids. All of the games were in perfect working order and looked brand new. The amount of tickets earned per game was great and they have great deals when purchasing credits. The restrooms were immaculate. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Tom made sure my family and I had a wonderful time, and the sweet girl behind the ticket redemption counter was extremely patient and friendly with my kids while they chose the prizes they wanted to take home. Let me start off with how AMAZING the service here was.... I don't normally put names on here but the employee Scott was so accommodating! He helped us as soon we as came through the door with getting our card for the games, and then when one of the games wasn't working he helped out immediately AND gave us a few extra turns on it. And at the end he took us to get our prize and he was able to get me this HUGE giraffe which was more then what I had but he said if I use up all my winnings I can get it. INCREDIBLE! We had the BEST TIME at this arcade on 11/6/2019 and just had to share! Jared and Felicity were so amazing and took us around and showed us all the games. They answered all of our questions and checked on us to see if we needed a bigger bucket to put our chips in. The facility was super clean and had lots of fun coin-pusher games. By FAR they had the best prizes in the area (believe me, we played a LOT of arcades in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) and we walked out with a ton of good loot. What a cool arcade! To play the games, purchase a card from the kiosk in the entrance. Options range from $5 to $50 and the cards are refillable. Many games are $1 and the better you do with the game, the more points you earn. Points are redeemed for prizes. A group could combine cards to get a better prize. read more

THis place gets a five for great customer service and loose games. when you have an 8 year old who doesn't understand that games are rigged, the looser the wins, the better. We walked out of there with a whole a whole bunch if crappy prizes, including two table top drum sets, and a whoopie cushion. There are quite a few options in Pigeon Forge for arcades but this one seems to come up high on lists for attractions in the area. Everything is clean, and the games are new. I liked the clown toss game the most, but there are a variety of games here from skee ball, coin push, claw machines, build a block, and more. Unfortunately you'll most likely never accumulate enough tickets to spend on anything of worth unless you spend $50 and or you're a pro gamer. My family and I spent about half an hour here on $30, and it was just ok. Glad it was at least modern but wish it was larger in size and had more games. read more

We are locals and have been to every arcade in the area. This one is our favorite! It's less expensive compared to the other arcades. The restrooms are clean. They have a good selection of concessions. There are traditional as well as newer style games. And it's good for all ages! Our kids have a blast! They beg to go here! read more

Pros: - The price is rather reasonable. For one kid and two adults, we used a $20 card (that comes with a $5 bonus) and that kept us entertained for about 45 minutes, which is really all the time one should spend at the Big Top. - Many of the games are really fun. There's classics like skeeball and basketball, along with some more modern driving games, some Doodle Jump, and the always crowd-pleasing Deal Or No Deal. - Tip: For the most cost-efficient way to win tickets, I would suggest the less-than-modern fishing arcade game. It doesn't take a whole lot of skill, but it typically gives the most tickets per dollar. Cons: - There's not a huge selection of games, so don't expect a visit to Big Top to last more than an hour. - I know arcade redemption prices are usually cheap and of low quality, but at least there should be some half-decent candy. I was disappointed at the poor prizes and poor candy available. Can a guy get a little chocolate for his winnings?
