When I arrived (this was on Saturday, November 1), I asked the woman at the front desk if could get my glasses on the same day. She told me no, that only one company in the area did that. I decided to do business with them anyway and asked how long it would be until my glasses arrived. She said approximately 5 days. When I finished my exam and picked out my frame, I paid in full. I then asked again how long it would be before my glasses would arrive. She said it would be approximately 5 days. On Friday, November 7, I called and asked if my glasses had arrived and I reminded her that she told me it would only take 5 days. She said "Well, they went out on Monday, so should be Wednesday next week (Nov. 12). I called today (Nov 13) and the glasses are still not in. That makes it 12 days, not 5, and my glasses are still not here. I will come back here and give everyone an update on exactly how many days it took for my glasses to arrive. In the meantime, I have decided that I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I didn't ask to be in a car accident. I didn't ask for any of this. Never in my life have I been treated so horribly by any professional staff of any service. Orthoillinois' solution was to pair their profiles online with specific doctors instead of the entire clinic like it was when I made my initial complaint. Thank you Katie for all of your help here and Dr. Zussmans team, especially Mike Karg and Michelle Finn for ruining my life! Cheers to you! It was very fast and i was waiting for maybe 10-15 mins. (Out the door in 20-30mins) Luckily, i got a great doctor and she explained things to me well and made conversation so it wasn't awkward. Pap smear/blood tests didn't hurt at all/a little. There was also a nurse practitioner(?maybe) there while she did the pap smear, im not sure if they are always there but just a fyi. Dr Johnson at this clinic is a joke along with his staff of incompetent and uncaring people.
