I told the girl that it was all fat and she justified by saying that's "just the way Barbacoa is". It was so gross I gave the sandwich back to them to prove a point and didn't even ask for our money back. I know times are tough but just stick to tacos I guess.

I'd like just a touch more salt in it but I know it's probably perfect once you add the meat and sauce on top. The service was excellent. We got here at 5pm and there was already a line! They got us in quickly, but we barely made it for the prime rib, that's how popular it is!
