We came here for the elusive dinner service after seeing a notification by following them in FB. I've always heard about this place and never had a chance to go since the hours don't always work with our schedule. We got here at 5pm and there was already a line! They got us in quickly, but we barely made it for the prime rib, that's how popular it is! The food did not disappoint, the prime rib was amazing and the scalloped potatoes and broccoli salad were awesome. The restaurant is small, but the people are so friendly and accommodating. The full portion was enough for me to eat half for lunch and the rest for dinner. For a side, I added the baked beans. We went here for brunch today and I will say that I think they have the best breakfast in Mt. Juliet. They have been there for years. They have good lunch, too. Its a small place with about 13 tables. I think alot of people drive by and don't realize it's a great local gem. They are closed on Sundays and sometimes on Saturday if they are busy catering, so I would check the website before going. Lunch starts at 11:00. You can also purchase their homemade BBQ sauce. The server said everything was good. We ordered a pulled chicken and prime rib sandwich, each comes with 1 side we opted for Mac-n-cheese and baked beans). Our food arrived quickly and looked good. There was plenty of meat on each of our sandwiches, the mild BBQ sauce was delicious and the 2 sides did not disappoint! My husband said it was the best Prime Rib sandwich he's ever had (and he's had lots of them) he also said the Mac n cheese was some of the best. I ate some of the chicken from my sandwich with the mild BBQ sauce and still had enough left over to take the bun and remaining chicken home for another meal. My only problem is they are only open until 2:00 and they are going to be closed this Saturday because they are catering an event. I wanted to come back and try their quesadillas. If you are every in Mt Juliet, Tennessee this spot is a must for BBQ! The Mrs and I are visiting for a graduation celebration and we were early enough to grab a bite before the big event. Yelp helped us find this heavenly BBQ location and we are so happy we did! Victoria our server and we believe also co-owner was fabulous. She was patient with my wife in walking through the menu. Hubby had the smoked prime rib sandwich which was huge. The sandwich was about 10" long with juicy tender prime rib. It was served along with their awesome potato salad. (Reminded hubby of the potato salad he had growing up). I had the brisket sandwich which was stacked with the most tender meat. The flavor was so good, I totally forgot to add any BBQ sauce to it.
