I scheduled, confirmed and prepaid for my required touchup appt. Sandra gave away my appt and told me I didn't respond timely and I needed to pay. I kindly sent her our text thread proving confirmation and payment. We then rescheduled and confirmed another appt. Again, she gave my appt away and blamed me for not responding timely. I resent proof of confirmation and payment again and commented that the process was getting ridiculous. She replied by telling me she was no longer comfortable with me and to get a refund from Groupon, which isn't possible at this point. I apologized for my frustration and then pleaded with her to finish my brows as I was leaving town for three months. Her response to rub it in was, "Nope". Her unprofessionalism was uncalled for - accusing me for her errors and keeping my money.

She was rude, unprofessional, keep pushing me to cancel it when I wanted to keep the appointment and get things resolved then she got an attitude and said we will not provide services to you. Im going to reach out to managent this is horrible customer service. Dont recommend dealing with them. Ill take my business elsewhere.
