They charge no-show fees, yet it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. I've tried calling, emailing, faxing, and replying to texts with no response. Every visit has meant a long wait, and I'm willing to wait but the overall experience just isn't worth it. I've stuck with this place only because it's required for workers' comp; otherwise, I'd be long gone. I'm writing this review as I've been on hold for 30 minutes now and still counting, I've had other times where I've been on hold for almost an hour. They still use paper charts, there's no patient portal, and medication transfers take forever. If you're stuck with this clinic, treat the front desk like your last lifeline, book everything, ask everything, double-check everything, because once you walk out, it's radio silence. If you're looking for a regular provider, responsive care, avoid this place. And if you don't believe me, just follow the trail of 1- and 2-star reviews. I'm far from the only one.

Overall I got bad vibes from them and so I'm leaving this review just to let them know that you lost a client before you even had them by being very bad at following up and very unclear and unforthright in your costs. They left me without a provider while I was in a mental health crisis and needed immediate help. As a veteran with severe PTSD, this is completely unacceptable and it was hard to navigate. After finally getting answers and forwarding to NBI billing, I didn't hear back for 2 months. THEN they say I still owe the balance, and I need to rectify- again. After getting in touch with the VA, I've learned that the reason they dropped me as a patient is because they were frustrated that they could not LEGALLY charge veterans for services rendered. Absolutely awful experience, and I'm still getting threats for my balance to go to collections. Absolutely lazy and incompetent employees with the worst customer service!

Despite showing up an hour before my scheduled appointment, he was still 3 hours late. He didn't apologize nor introduce himself. More puzzling, he didn't even inquire as to why I was there to begin with. I kept trying to explain to him my debilitating diseases that had left me in a wheelchair and he seemed annoyed and distracted, constantly tapping his forehead. I was holding back tears the entire appointment because I'm in so much pain and desperate for medical intervention. When a patient, who has been partially paralyzed comes to a neurologist for help, you would think they would be taken seriously. I've had multiple surgeries, biopsies, seen countless specialists. I went to him for actual help. I felt like he was trying to trick me. He would ask me questions (that had absolutely nothing to do with the problem at hand) that he already knew the answer to. For instance, I have tachycardia. He said, "So, did you get your tachycardia diagnosed with a CT scan?" I said, "No, I got it diagnosed with a EKG, stress test and tilt table test". He said, "Yes, I already knew that." He did that multiple times for multiple things. If you already know something, and you already have seen my medical record and it has zero to do with why I am seeing you...why are you playing these games? He finally says that his staff will call me for an MRI by Friday (this was on a Monday) and he would see me in two weeks. It is now August 2020 and I have yet to receive that phone call. I have, however received numerous mailings requesting five star reviews for their practice. Perhaps they should give five star medical service. Granted I wouldn't go back if you paid me but, I feel the need to write this review because I went to him based on the other positive reviews which I now question.

When I started the medicine after my trip, the medicine sedated me so much I couldn't function. in my next appointment she said, "oh yeah, how was your work trip?" I said "fine." She asked, "Did your husband go with you?" I said, "No, it was a work trip." That was the extent of the conversation, as we had wrapped the appointment and decided on a new medication, and because of these 10 seconds of small talk, I was charged for therapy. I inquired with the billing office, noting I did not sign up for therapy and have a separate provider for that purpose, and I was told they are "required" to charge for services if anything personal is discussed. This is a common practice known as fraudulent upcoding. I have had better "therapy" from both my derm and my obgyn. Avoid this place. extremely bad customer service and unnecessary back & forth with the appointment scheduler for 3…read moreweeks. i was referred by my primary care physician (PCP) and was told that i would be called by Skyline Neuroscience Associates to schedule the appointment. never happened so i called Skyline Neuroscience Associates at 615-860-1040. after waiting 25 minute the first call, a not-so-nice lady answered with big attitude and told me that they haven't received the referral order. after 3 weeks of going back and forth with calling them to schedule an appointment, being transferred to a manager's voicemail twice, left 2 messages with no response, and then calling my PCP's office to let them know, i was finally able to schedule an appointment. BUT to my surprise, i wasn't allowed to be seen by the neurologist (who probably is not aware that any of this administrative nightmare was happening) because the appointment scheduler was offended that i asked to speak to a manager because of the way i was being talked to and treated when i was simply trying to schedule an appointment. i spent over 4 hours on hold over the 3 weeks of trying to get an appointment...ridiculous and shameful. i am not mentioning the doctor's name because i was never given an appointment to be seen by them and i'm sure is really good because my PCP referred them and he is absolutely the best in his field. good luck getting past the nasty attitude of the phone answerers.

They are dealing with patients in excruciating pain and can't answer the phone?? We never saw the doctor. We saw the PA, which is fine, but we were not told to expect this. She was going to call us after MRI, and someone much less knowledgable did and we were unclear what the next steps were. They took forever to set up the referral for treatment. The most horrific problem we had was when they referred us to a different doctor for treatment, they sent the records for a DIFFERENT PATIENT over. So they were calling and sending paperwork to the wrong person. We never got any follow up calls. After the treatment was not effective, I called to discuss options and was told a nurse would call back. Nothing. Really it is unbelievable the lacking concern of any doctor office we have tried here in Nashville. But this was definitely the worst. We selected this doctor due to the large number of 5 star reviews on all the health review sites. Our experience was NOT good. I have been a patient at this hospital several times throughout the past 4 years. I am a healthy,…read moreunmedicated, and happy human being. More than I ever was before. I am only 17 years of age, but I have always been wise beyond my years. I won't make this review pages long by explaining all of the incidents I had at this facility. However, I will say this: Parents and legal guardians, helping your child starts with YOU. I have a strong belief that every person on this Earth a "by-product" of their environment and influences. Coming from a teenager that has struggled with self harm, s***** attempts, substance abuse, relationship abuse, various mood disorders, etc. I can rightfully say that I understand. And mental hospitals (your child/patient will tell you this part) SUCK! They're HORRIBLE! Because staff is often performative in their acts of "care." At Rolling Hills, I have encountered many stressful and damaging events. There are sweet nurses and tech there, like Mrs. Alicia :) But there's also a lot of unempathetic people employed at this facility - And others. Whether you bring your child to Trust Point, or Vertava, or Rolling Hills, they face the risk of being scrutinized by annoying staff (employees that lack consistent work ethic & real HEART). But that's what people need when they struggle. They need to be surrounded by people that care. So please, keep your child/patient safe. Take them to a mental hospital if you don't think that they/you can handle them being at home. BUT! Please please please, let your kid know you love them. Or grandson, or sister, or aunt, or whomever. Avoid having to put your "patient" in a predicament and ask them what they think they need. I know it can be difficult to differentiate between truth and lie, when trying to aid someone with poor mental health, but it's possible. I promise :) Everybody is capable of being saved
