It was our fault going to the casino on a holiday. Well we decided to go and I enjoyed it. Parking lot was packed but we found a spot as a lot of workers were getting off. We went through the back entrance. Every machine was full but they announced to people to limit playing to one machine. We did pretty good on the machines, it was just hot in the expanded section. We ate in the dining room and the food was amazing with huge portions. I had the burger and fries. My husband had the seafood platter. We had to take food to go it was so much. We ate it later. Great outing and I even stood in line to get a new card. Long line but they were fast and it only took about 15 mins. They had a few promotions going on. This is my second time going to Naskila and had a great time both times. The 1st time I won but played all of my winnings back. This time I won and cashed out. I just need to discipline myself. The staff is amazing all around. They have a self serve non alcoholic beverage station (no alcohol allowed on the premises) if you feel like getting your own beverage or they have beverage servers if you're busy in the middle of a bonus or something like that. Regarding the Timbers Grill - it may seem a bit overpriced, until you get your food. Then you will understand. On Friday nights, they have a Surf and Turf special - a 6oz ribeye and lobster tail with asparagus and scalloped potatoes. Excellent, and well worth the $39 price tag. (Make sure you get a Naskila Gaming card, or the price is north of $42.) Service was quick, especially given the crowd. The ambiance leaves a bit to be desired. The restaurant is quite small, and the walls to not dampen the constant ringing bells and other sounds from the casino, so be prepared for that. As far as the casino goes, I like it. We are frequent patrons at Naskila Casino, typically visiting at least two to three times a week. On Sunday, May 25, 2025, we visited for the second time that week. During our visit, my wife's name was drawn in a contest for a chance to win either cash or free play. However, when she presented her casino card and ID, she was disqualified from participating because her driver's license was expired. Despite providing her valid Naskila player's card, Marco still refused to allow her to claim the prize opportunity due to the expired photo ID. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled--especially considering how often we support this establishment. This strict policy, without room for discretion, gives the impression that the casino is more concerned with maintaining an advantage over loyal patrons than fostering goodwill. Come on--making one exception for a regular guest isn't going to break the bank, especially when the casino earns thousands of dollars every day. What's the real purpose of the Naskila card, if not to identify and reward loyal customers? At the very least, there should be clear signage or warnings--on the gaming machines or at the contest drawing area--stating that expired identification will automatically disqualify participants. Went there on a Wed and decided to get some pizza. Another female player was there in front of me and she happen to be black. She was giving the young man on the register her order when he burst out saying, your voice is annoying me. She said what did you say? He repeated it again. I could see the anger swell up in her but she handled it politely and got a manager and supervisor. When I tell you I'm disappointed in their reaction. It's an understatement. It didn't appear to me that they valued her as a customer but they were concerned about him and just told him to go home. Like, sleep it off. They made no accommodations to her at all. STARS? Are you kidding? MINUS 5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE! Where do I start? We hopped the bus for $20 in spring. It was loaded down and some people were sitting, taking up an entire row of seats. When asked if I could sit there, I just got a blank stare like I was trying to steal their purse! Ok we didn't get to sit together on the way there. When we got there, there was a damn stampede to get off the bus first! We went inside and choked on the smell of cigarette smoke in the air. It was like walking into a giant ash tray! The bathrooms were constantly being cleaned, which, after seeing the crowd this place attracts, I understood. We played for several hours, winning nothing. There were alot old "ladies" (I use that term lightly!) taking up 3 machines at a time. I called BS and sat down, she just reached in front of me and hit the SPIN button again. I did give her a piece of my mind and called her what she is, before leaving that row. The place was overfilled. You couldn't find 2 machines together so you could both sit down and play. This place is so small, I'm sure they've violated the occupancy capacity! It's a fire hazard! Then we went inside the dark, dank restaurant to waste some time. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get seated in the half empty thing! Then we got drinks and ordered. It was a good 40 minutes to get a salad! She went past and left the check, but after another 15 minutes we got up and went out to the desk and paid the check. No tip was left, of course! Then we just went outside to breathe some fresh air before being packed back on that bus. No fresh air was to be found...lots of knuckle daggers out there puffing away! I told him there were no assigned seats, but then some hood queen from the back of the bus informed me that the driver said to get back in the same seats for the ride back. We had a woman driver this time, not the racist driver that took us there. This big woman informed me "IM GONNA TELL DA BUS DRIVER!" To which I told her to please go tattle on me. Grow up! Then all the hood dwellers from the back kept saying nasty things and coming up to tell us to give this man his seat back! I grew up near several Indian Casinos, this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Only slots, no table games, but I knew that coming in (other Indian casinos offer table games). The place overall was bigger than I expected, but it felt tiny inside. Machines are crammed in there, you can 't walk down an aisle of slots because they are packed in there so tightly. We walked around for probably 20-30 minutes to find an open machine. Primarily only penny and $1 machines. Max bet on the penny is somewhere between $4.50-$7.00. Max bet on the dollar machine was $9...they want you in and out. Money goes quick and payouts are almost non-existent. Machines are extremely tight. Most people want to bleed their money slowly at a casino. If I'm going to lose a few hundred bucks, I want some up and down, make it last a few hours...this was a wham bam thank you mam. Drove 2 hours to this casino after doing research. I shun the electronic slots. I prefer the reel slots. Arrived. There is a metal detector at the entrance. I kept setting off the detector. I went back to my vehicle and took out my pocket knife. Went back. It appears any electronic devices will set off the metal detector so claim them so you can bring them in and not leave them in your car. The main area is non-smoking. There is a smoking area just inside to the right that is separated and independently ventilated from the main area. I walked around the entire venue in less than 5 minutes. And that was at a leisurely stroll. The vast majority of the main casino, non-smoking, is electronic slots. There are also reel slots. I would say less than 30. What this casino does that most casinos are doing is replacing slot machines, electronic and reel. In order to win the top payouts you must play a certain number of bets. Most of the slots in order to win the top payouts you must bet 9 coins of whatever denomination you are playing. I personally do not like this trend. What that means is most of the senior citizens that were in this casino are playing one coin at a time and they're not winning anything. For example, a payout for any 3 bars, even the triple bars, is 3. That was the case on all 12 slots that I played yesterday. (since I had never been there, I was feeling the slots out.). I had enough money with me to play each slot about $100 worth. One paid back more than I paid in. And that was the $5 lucky charm slot (Irish theme). I put in $100 and in about 20 spins the payout was greater than $900. There is only one other slot that paid back more that I paid in. I was actually quite surprised. Because after being there for an hour and a half and being wholly unimpressed by the entire place, I put $100 in this slot as I was walking out. In about 40 spins I had over $500 in winnings. I cashed that out and put it into the slot next to it. And within 20 spins I had had jackpot of over $1000. So I left the casino with winnings over $1200 after 90 minutes. A few observations. 1. The slots are set for a very Loud volume. But each slot machine has a button at the lower left of the screen, which allows you to lower the volume. However, whenever you win something no matter how small, the machine starts ringing. Which is Annoying. 2. I did not see or hear anyone win anything big (or close to big) during the entirety of the time I was there. Appears I was the lucky one. 3. There are two bathrooms. One immediately to your right as you walk in. And one on the other side. The bathroom on the far side was closed when I was there. And a small bus had just arrived so there was quite a line out of the ladies room. Turns out the casino was without water. And some poor Custodian was in the ladies bathroom, flushing each toilet after use with a bucket of water. You also could not wash your hands. So think about that. You're in a casino where people are using the bathroom and cannot wash their hands. I did use the restroom. I also tipped that poor janitor $20 for what she was having to do to keep that casino open and running. I also bring a pack of Lysol wipes with me wherever I go... So I was able to thoroughly clean my hands before I went out onto the floor, touching slot machines. 4. Place is very dated. 5. There are no cocktail waitresses. Drink machines didn't work when I was there. I won big. But I walked in with $2000 to play with. But I didn't notice any other winners while I was there. Unless you don't mind giving a casino your money and are there strictly to fill time, for me this casino is not worth the 4 hour round-trip from Houston. read more

I love going to Naskita, it's the only casino that I have ever won any money at, the staff has always been super helpful and friendly and kind. It's always clean. It's not far from the city of Livingston. I will say you have to watch the roads for wild animals crossing your pathways at night. Other than that you will be just fine.
