While it wasn't exactly cheap, they restored all of the files on the USB drive including the ones I had lost on my computer. That was great. Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. They did a scan of the hard drives and reformatted parts of the storage so that we had more free space (so our computer wouldn't crash every time we needed to do something) and removed some programs we didn't need (after consulting with us first). I had previously used phone Bros for a repair on a regular Nintendo ds and to purchase a smart…read morephone. Over the summer I brought them a perfectly working 3DS XL to get a screen replacement. They broke it and couldn't get it to turn back on. They sent it to an associate in texas that got it working but the home button won't work and the sd card reader wont work. Now they have decided I brought them an old device and they can't help that they broke it. Wont credit me for the original work and wont attempt to try to fix it further. I reported them to the BBB and they wont respond. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If its not broken it will be if you bring it to them.
