So to say Bill more then delivered on his promise to get my computers all working and talking to each other would be an understatement. What made it hard for Bill is they all had to run Snow Leopard as most of the software I use to run my newspapers only runs on that, and there is no replacement that runs on later computers. So Bill had to blow out some old cobwebs and pull some tricks out of his hat that only a former Apple Genus Genus knows. Add in years of less then stellar cloning of cloned hard drives, and you could not blame anyone if they laughed at you and told you to go away. But Bill didn't. He identified and fixed issues that I didn't even know I had ... and in doing so, set me up with a system that I know will outlive my days running a newspaper. My only concern is what do I do with these beauties once I do shut down the paper - they are running too well to walk away from! And least you ask, Bill' did all the work for a fraction of what I expected to pay. It was the best money I ever spent!
