Now I'm trying to transfer health services and have found it next to impossible to have my records faxed to a new neurologist. Their process of transferring has taken me hours to try and do and I still have not been provided with an address to request transfer which they say is needed. A form was emailed to me with NO address to send it to. I have spent HOURS trying to find an address. What a joke their organization is. Save yourself hours of hassle...go somewhere else!!!

I had a total knee replacement done with him he walked me through the whole procedure making sure that I understood everything that he was going to do I knew at time of discharge from the hospital everything I needed to know and do with my new knee. I don't have enough good things to say about both of my therapists, Brad and Annette. Both are experts in their field, and at each and every appointment, they have not only taken good care of my knees, but they also treat the rest of my legs, feet, etc to make sure that everything is being attended to that has been effected by my surgery. I love that Kepros believes in alternative healing practices such as Gua Sha (Gua means to scrape or scratch. Sha means sand, because the sha rash that comes up is like a sand-like texture right on the skin. Gua Sha is a Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing). From overcompensating in my walking on bone on bone in both my knees for the last two years, I have many places in my muscles and tendons that are a mess. The Gua Sha technique has really helped to start healing this injuries. Both Brad and Annette work together on my healing plan to make sure that every session we are maximizing my healing. I decided to go see this new chiroprator Dr.Ethan Zmoos with my lower back,and hip and neck…read moreploblems BIG MISTAKE,for one he screwed up my right hip on the first day because when I left the office crying my right hip was still out then he did redo my hip adjustment it was fine until the next day the hip went out so I came in the next day to have it re pop my hip back in he also pulled my groin out and paine down my right knee and he told me the problem was that I was over weight not enough exercise and standing that was my issue I never in my life of going to a chiroprator that would say that to there patience and I looked at him about to tell him that you are also over weight too,and when he was readjusting me on the bed I was crying still and he kept going and wouldn't stop so I walked out crying said I was done with this place and then he said I'm SORRY Nancy Iam still in pain I can't even walk very well and when I left I called an orthopedic doctor appointment for my hip to see where he screwd up at.I never,never,never been in this much pain ever in my life going to a chiroprator at all.I never heard of a chirpractor making sound effects adjusting a patients to me that's kinda weird.

I called mid-day and they squeezed me in the same day!!! The office is great. Carrie at the desk was so sweet. I had to bring my son with me since this wasn't planned. My toddler sat at the front with Carrie while they took x-rays. I think he had a lot of fun with her lol. Doc Ethan did his magic and I can't believe how much better I feel already. I've seen a handful of chiropractors and I have to say I am very impressed. I just feel so much better. And he's a super nice friendly guy. But most of all, I went in praying for pain relief and that's exactly what I got! I'll be back tomorrow and I'm sure I'll get even better.

She is very professional and has a reassuring and comforting bedside manner, which took a lot of my worry and fear away about the situation. Dr. Finken made me feel respected and I felt like I was part of the team. She didn't talk down to me, as some doctors do. It felt to me like I had a very complicated and difficult foot issue, but Dr. Finken addressed it perfectly - correcting problems from surgeries that had just been done by another provider. I am very grateful to have been guided to Dr. Finken and that she has been able to fix my foot so that I can walk again and finally recover.
