I don't have enough good things to say about both of my therapists, Brad and Annette. Both are experts in their field, and at each and every appointment, they have not only taken good care of my knees, but they also treat the rest of my legs, feet, etc to make sure that everything is being attended to that has been effected by my surgery. I love that Kepros believes in alternative healing practices such as Gua Sha (Gua means to scrape or scratch. Sha means sand, because the sha rash that comes up is like a sand-like texture right on the skin. Gua Sha is a Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing). From overcompensating in my walking on bone on bone in both my knees for the last two years, I have many places in my muscles and tendons that are a mess. The Gua Sha technique has really helped to start healing this injuries. Both Brad and Annette work together on my healing plan to make sure that every session we are maximizing my healing. RCI Radiologists writes reports without even looking at all of the images and thus missed the root problem. RCI will not return your calls either, ever! They basically investigate themselves and won't admit they make mistakes but rather just say the will use it as a learning experience. You have no recourse when RCI screws up and they know it. You just have to live with the permanent nerve damage caused by their error.
