Upon doing some research, I found out that they are actually husband and wife. I do not appreciate them soliciting me for business. I am perfectly happy with my mortgage through the bank I currently work with. I suspect they are attempting to call vulnerable homeowners to collect their personal information and give them false hope of refinancing difficult loans. They are working from Crebs Avenue, Tarzana, a home location, not an office. Please do your research and only deal with a well known lender/institute with an actual office, credentials and experience. Do not provide your information to these people. They will call anyone across the state of California who will listen to their nonsense. They are most likely going to sell your information to a real estate database which will continue to solicit you. In turn, these two will make money off of your personal information with no actual benefit to you.
