Opened a trust account here today with Allison. My father passed away recently, and my two credit unions wouldn't open one for me. Made an appointment over the phone then Allison came and got me right on time. She was super friendly and made suggestions on how to open the accounts. Everything was done in 45 minutes. I don't trust the big banks anymore, and only use credit unions. Now I have three different ones. The greeter as you walk in was very nice as well. A member of 10+ years with a solid lending/consumer relationship with this bank was offered no help when it really mattered. I asked that a check be cleared same day to cover an unexpected bill and was brushed off with little attempt at resolution-- management couldn't even be bothered. If I knew this was the kind of "personal" service I was going to receive at this location, I would have used the ATM outside and save myself the 15 minutes this teller wasted me. read more

I have financed three vehicles through Logix and have been extremely satisfied with their service. The employees are both friendly and helpful. The manager Ben spent time with me to find the best deal for my particular situation and ended up helping me save hundreds of dollars.
