I have never in my life wrote a review for anyone, but after my experience with Natalie Filbert I feel compelled to write my first review. My wife and I are relocating from Walla Walla, Wa to Boise, Idaho due to my wife receiving a job transfer within the VA and were only given 5 weeks to accomplish this move in the middle of a cold and snowy winter (January). Due to the urgency and short time frame to accomplish this move, I felt compelled to acquire the help of a realtor to help us find a rental. I did an online search for realtors in the Boise area and when I ran across Natalie's review, I was so impressed with the experiences other people had with her, I decided to contact Natalie and ask if she'd be willing to help us. I sent Natalie a message and explained our situation and the type of property we were looking for. Natalie responded to my message right away and was extremely friendly and willing to help. One thing that really impressed me was the fact that apparently Natalie usually only deals with buying & selling of properties, not rentals; however, she was still willing to help us find a rental. While my wife & I searched for properties online, we ran across a rental we were interested in applying for. We filled out an online application for the property and submitted it to the property management company, but we were not getting a response. We also called them a few times, but still no response. Since we weren't getting a response, I asked Natalie if she would help us make contact with the property management company, which she was more than happy to do. She called and left them a couple messages and also went out of her way to drive to their office to see if they were open, which they weren't. My wife and Natalie finally got a response from the property management company and they explained the reason for the lack of communication and their office being closed. In the meantime, we found a property to rent and are in the process of beginning our move to Boise. Natalie did not have to help us whatsoever, especially since she doesn't deal with rentals, but she did anyway. She went out of her way to help us with making contact with a property management company and the communication between her and I has been superb!!! She was willing to do whatever we needed to help us find a rental. Natalie is the type of realtor that everyone hopes to have. Her work ethic, communication, professionalism and willingness to go out of her way to help is second to none!!!! She is extremely friendly and personable and her willingness to help us find a place to rent has helped moving to a city we've never been to a lot less daunting. We are extremely thankful for Natalie and everything she has done for us and when we are ready to buy a house, we will definitely be her giving her our business. Natalie is the best! My family and I took the plunge moving to Idaho, and I'm now typing this from our beautiful new home. We couldn't be happier. Natalie was kind enough to meet up with us on the week of Thanksgiving, and showed us homes all over town. We spent days looking at dozens of houses. Every step of the way she was patient, kind, and honest. She's a mom and was totally understanding with our young rambunctious children. I was just sitting here reading some of Natalie's reviews and wow, they pretty much say it all. Natalie just helped our son buy his first home and our friends from Cheyenne (our extended family) buy a home. Three years ago we first met Natalie when we bought a home in Boise to be near our daughter and her family. Now we will all be here together thanks in large part to Natalie's running from one end of Boise to another to meet needs and budgets. She's done a wonderful job, had to work with a completely incompetent mortgage agent that our son had (not one of hers unfortunately), and do long distance realtor-ing. She did A LOT of video walk throughs for both our son and our friends. She's been positive and patient and committed right from the night I contacted her a month or so ago. I love her, she's unpretentious and friendly and she seemed to be always available no matter the day or time. She knows the Boise area and she takes the time to get to know her clients even when they're hundreds of miles away. I highly recommend her. I highly recommend Natalie whether you are buying or selling a home. Ten years ago Natalie helped me, a first time investor, to purchase a home in Boise at a great price. When I decided to sell this home I felt I needed to reach out to Natalie to see if she would help me sell the house. I was very concerned, as I had moved out of the state and could not spend much time in Boise. Natalie responded right away, made an appointment with my tenants, and came up with a plan. She met with me to walk through the house, made suggestions to improve the readiness of the house to sell. She assured me that she would handle everything and I could return home. We had many issues connected with selling this older home, but Natalie came up solutions each time. Natalie was in constant contact with me throughout the transaction and answered all the questions and concerns I had. The house sold in a short time and we had an uneventful closing. Natalie recently helped my family and I with our move to Idaho from out of state. We were extremely impressed with the amount of research she did before we started to look at homes in the treasure valley. Natalie Filbert is an excellent realtor to work with. She helped us through the entire process of selling our rental house. This included working with our property management team, coordinating with our tenants, turning the house over in minimal time, staging the house, and of course all the normal work involved in listing and selling a house. All of the staging and coordination work was done at no additional cost to us! This was while we were out of state (and for part of it, out of the country) for the entire process. I can't say enough wonderful things about Natlie! We bought from out of state and were very nervous to do so, but Natalie made it so easy. We had a somewhat unique property to sell and on top of that the sales arrangement required some specialty financing. We had one failed attempt to make it happen and had given up. But Natalie had the depth of knowledge to solve the unique challenges and even made some of the calls and connections to the county, to appraisers, and to the title company to help work through the details. Most importantly, Natalie had the contacts with a lender that was able to work out how to get the deal done when several others had failed previously to find the solution. Many Realtors can list a home in the MLS, but Natalie was able to find solutions and bring value when and how it was needed when others could not. Natalie is very organized and professional. When we were first looking to buy in the Treasure Valley we flew in and met with her.
