Update- I was told I would receive $100 for my review. When provided with links to submit reviews via email, Dawn changed the amount to $50. When I submitted a four star review, I was asked why and what they could change. I did not respond because I didn't think it was appropriate for her to be asking for a better rating. That was over a month ago and I have not received a gift card as promised. Dawn also told me she wanted to help me with my resume since I was looking for work, and asked me to send it to her. I did. She never responded to that email. I know full well that was not something my realtor should have any responsibility for, but it was upsetting that she told me several things that she did not honor. They really know the Southeast Boise market and were able to get me top dollar with their recommendations on everything from renovations, staging, and pricing. Dawn and her husband, Mark, coordinate together with each other and others on their team to assist their clients through the process of selling homes. Dawn gave the final OK on the beautiful staging done by her staging assistant, Kayla. We primarily interacted with Mark at certain stages of the selling process, e.g., offers that came in, and any negotiating required. Once we accepted an offer, we interacted with Kim, another of their excellent assistants concerning anything involving the process leading up to closing, who in turn, consulted with Mark if she needed further assistance on our behalf. We really appreciated Mark's negotiating expertise and his sensibility concerning how to handle the offers and any other issues involved. And I had considered attempting to sell our house myself with the assistance of a company who would have done the marketing side for us. So glad I did not try to do this myself after watching their top notch expertise in action. The Templetons have an excellent and thorough understanding of our area, and have developed their own marketing strategy that proved to be very beneficial for us, as we accepted an offer after nine days of the house being listed, the offer was over the asking price, and we closed with that offer. This was while two other homes on our street had remained on the market for two to three months, one even longer.
