Where do start?! I can easily sum this up one word... Outstanding! But there is so much more to be said! When I first set out to find "The" right photographer for my son and future daughter-in-law's wedding, I spent hours and hours searching on the internet across the entire North Texas region. I went it to get a passport photo for a New Zealand passport. Nick did a great job and was extremely patient. The New Zealand consulate had very strict photo requirements. However, they had an online photo checker that allowed the testing of a photo prior to continuing with the rest of submission. After trying myself many times and going to Walmart and Walgreens which both failed, I emailed Natalie after finding her on Yelp. After the first picture Nick took didn't pass the online test, Nick took the time to call the New Zealand consulate to ask them on the exact things to be changed. Due to the time difference, we had to wait some time for the consulate to open in New Zealand but Nick was very patient and generous with his time in making sure that he got on a call with the consulate to resolve the photo issue. There was no extra charge despite the extra work on Nick's part. A few days after I got home, I applied for my passport and got it in the mail a week later. I had been delaying my passport renewal for almost a year because I could not find a good photographer. I'm glad I found Nick and Natalie, and wish I had found them sooner. I needed to get my Canadian passport updated. The Canadian customs are VERY particular about how they need the picture. It is a technically difficult shot to take due to the requirements---nothing like getting a passport picture in the US. In the past, I went thru 3 different photographers before finding someone who knew how to do it. Each time I had to pay courier and applications fees and then wait 3-4 months before they approved the picture (yes over 1 year and hundreds of dollars in application and courier fees). I had an important trip coming up and limited time to get the application completed. I needed a skilled photographer who would get it done correctly the first time. My wife researched several photographers inquiring about the experience level before we selected Natalie. We are very glad we did! The picture was accepted and we were able to go on the trip. Natalie and Nick are fantastic! We use them for our Gentle Creek Life Magazine and have loved their work. So, I asked if they'd have an opening to do both our son's [on-location] senior and family pictures, and my daughter's formal doctoral portraits. They worked with us on timing and location; they knew what locations made for the best backdrops. The pictures were all stunning; Natalie certainly knows how to frame her shots so that the subject(s) are the focus, but that the framing has interest! Furthermore, Nick met with us afterwards to review the pictures, did the retouching, sent us the retouched proofs, and did a spectacular job keeping us all looking natural while still fixing the blemishes and shadowing issues perfectly. We have had two great experiences. Natalie is warm and made us and our daughter feel relaxed and calm. She and Nick worked hard to get our little one to smile and give different facial expressions with each backdrop/prop. They are creative, but also listened to our needs/vision. Our daughter did a cake smash session as well and Natalie coordinated with me beforehand to ensure everything was perfect. The only bad part was trying to choose the photos, there were so many good choices! When we viewed our choices Nick took time letting us decide and never made us feel pressured. He has a great sense of humor and gave feedback when asked. The quality of editing and printing is exquisite and many ppl have commented on the overall higher quality. As a bride, the pressure to get one million things done (and done perfectly!) within a specific timeline is immense---Natalie and Nick took some of that pressure off of me in a big way! The day of our engagement shoot called for rain and Nick was on the phone with me the night before with 3 'rain day' alternative dates already available all within a week! We had our family (9 of us) pictures done with Natalie and her husband Nick. They were very responsive, and patient, in answering all questions for us leading up to our session. They were on time for the session (we met at an outdoor venue), extremely helpful in the post shoot follow-up with sending proofs initially before our in-studio consultation as well as working with us over the phone (one of our family members lives out of town), etc. While our shoot was offsite, they have a very nice studio for indoor shots as well. Extremely happy with the final result and highly recommend them for your photo needs. While our kids our much too old for their Santa photo sessions, I would HIGHLY recommend checking out their work in this area as well - very clever and lifelong keepsakes. read more

Quick, simple and easy! They did family porch photos for our neighborhood while all were following 'Shelter in home'. They were very accommodating considering the huge response and a big list of sign ups. They followed the 6 feet distancing and took AMAZING pics of our family in about 5mins! That's what real talent is.. no prep or time to make it look great- and yet it LOOKS PERFECT! Nick was very thorough and we got our photos the very next day!!! I know they had a huge list to work thro and yet they delivered way above expectations! They even gave away a free portrait which was super nice of them and their pricing for extra pics were just as any other groupon would give you. Corporate headshots, especially for your first time, seem a little intimidating; what do I wear, do I smile, etc. Natalie made the process SO easy and immediately put me at ease. Our oldest is very shy but she just opens up and shines for them and our youngest (just a baby) is more then smiles as they both are all over the floor tickling, making funny faces, and sounds just to get that perfect shot! Natalie and Nick, were so welcoming when my wife and I arrived at their studio, which (is quite impressive). They listened as we explained what we wanted and then went to work. Believe me they are two pros. They set everything up and started taking photos and then changed the backgrounds for different photos which was awesome. They let us view the pictures online which was a blessing because we did not have to go back to the studio to look at them to choose the ones we wanted. They did a great job taking the right kind of photos and then the (finished product) was really off the chain. I recommend them and will go back when I want more. Natalie did a wonderful job on our newborn photos. We were very worried parents bringing our newborn premie to her studio, but she did great and was very accommodating she kept the room warm for our little guy and put is at ease. Our little guy just turned one, and who else would we call for our 1st year cake smash photo shoot but natalie. She prepared everything. I just picked the outfit ,coordinated colors, brought my son and the rest was taken care of and they turned out spectacular! Beware!! This is the worst person to hire to capture special and precious moments. It has been a nightmare working with her and been one of the worst experiences of my life. She doesn't care about building long-term clientele or taking care of her customers. When delt with a problem she avoids it and doesn't go above and beyond to fix it. Her sole purpose of her "professional" photography company is to make a quick buck. We are left with no engagement photos and out of pocket $235 because she could not take quality photos. No photoshop can fix the photos she took they were embarrassingly unflattering. Will never do business with her again. read more
