Lili has been my nurse for both of my treatments so far and she is terrific! not only is she gentle, kind and caring - she checks up on the customer at every turn to make sure they are doing well with the treatment! i felt extra confident in her because of her experience as a nurse - all Milan's laser technicians are actual trained medical nurses! it feels so much better to know that a nurse - rather than just a layperson - is doing my treatment! This has had a significant impact on my daily life as I am currently unable to drive and I am having considerable difficulty working with only one functioning eye. I am also particularly concerned about the amount of Dysport used as a higher dose was administered without my approval. Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and evaluates both the treatment process and communication with patients moving forward.
