We called them to get a quote for a monthly cleaning for a less than 1600 sq ft 2 beds/2 bath. No pets, non smoking house. I do regular cleanings just need help once a month with the showers and mopping. He said "it looks like you just had it cleaned." I said "no, it hasn't been cleaned for a month." They cleaned my stove really good and also the countertops. I also live on a ranch & we bring in a lot of dirt so our floors easily get dirty, but the floors are now very clean I have no complaints. Initially I asked for a quote and maybe there was some confusion about that but I spoke with Star & she was understanding and agreed that there was some confusion about the price & length of cleaning time. Maids did a decent job, there wasn't too much to clean and they stayed 3 hours for a small 1-story house. I suggest getting a quote in writing. I was misquoted over the phone and because I didn't have a written copy was charged more than I expected. Since I couldn't find a copy of the rates on their website and was told to call them, positing here for everyone's reference (Redlands prices): $150/hour - 2 people, deep clean $300 - flat rate for window cleaning Window cleaning - they brought quite a bit of mud inside and were not able to fully clean some of then build up on our windows, but they are old I suppose. There seems to be a disconnect between the consultant person (who gives an estimate) and the cleaning. Our first consultant was a no show. Our second consultant said we'd have a 3.5 hour "max" initial Cleaning (you pay hourly for the first deep clean, then a set rate after that). Our initial cleaning ended up 6 hours instead. Other than that, a decent cleaning. Since the price drops after the first deep cleaning we'll keep using them for now. I like that I can pay electronically, it's nice not to have to use cash. Receiving a quote was an easy and efficient process as somebody was able to come the same day I called. I appreciated receiving the pamphlet with the quote as well as a business card. It was also easy to schedule a day/time for cleaning and the cleaners came right when they said they would. As far as the cleaning process, unfortunately, it was not what we expected based on the other reviews we read. The cleaning done was OK but it was not what I would consider a "deep cleaning" which is what we asked for. There were many spots throughout the home where dust and dirt still remained. We used their services for approximately one year. In the first 2-3 months the two same maids would show up to clean our home biweekly. They seemed to do a good job. After about 3 months, two new maids showed up to clean. Then it was downhill from there. They would always miss things or cut corners, not wiping down the full counters, not cleaning around the toilets, not sweeping certain areas, or not using our swifter as requested, etc. After numerous calls to the manager we received two new maids that seemed to clean well and consistent......Then again after a few months, a new crew of maids show up. Then I'm sure as you would guess, more problems. Spoke with the manager yet again and had to have the maids re-clean the bathrooms due to missing areas. After the manager spoke with the maids, they seemed to their job better the following visits. Then I would notice they usually would take about 1:45 minutes to complete the job. Each visit it seemed to go down by 10 minutes and before you know it, they were in and out of here within an hour. Then after checking out their cleaning job we noticed things were missed, and they went back to cutting corners again. Spoke with the manager again and she told me it would be fixed, and that they have a work order with all of our requested items, and shouldn't be missing anything. Then we gave them a few more times and STILL missed areas. After numerous inconsistencies and nothing but headaches, and paying good money for their services, we finally discontinued using their business. Update: 08/24/2022 Hired a new maid service.....for one maid 4 hours total biweekly it was $80 cheaper than maids 2000 that sent 2 maids and consistently botched the job. Called and had my house cleaned all in the same day. Betty and Leyva cleaned my house left it spotless, they are very thorough. It's very pricey but I feel well worth it. I have a 3 bedroom house but they cleaned only the master bedroom and restroom, kitchen, dinning room, living room and a sun room plus another bathroom that is pretty big. I also have a dog that sheds crazy. All that was cleaned for 480.00 in two and half hours. I would love to hire them twice a month but I'm looking at almost a car payment. If you can I would definitely hire them. Nothing feels better than being in a cleaned home without feeling drained afterwards. I have to add a bit more to my review. They definitely paid attention to detail. It actually isn't pricy they used there own cleaning supplies. I just noticed they even cleaned my dogs water bowel that's just the most kindest thing to do. Star was very helpful, kind and patient while I explained the situation and sent someone out the very next day. I couldn't be there but according to my grandmother the two ladies Irma and Maria were very professional and non judgemental to my grandmother's situation as she cannot clean well herself. They were focused on the job and in the end my grandmothers house received a good thorough cleaning. There are seriously no words to effectively describe how astonished I am with the work that was done for use today. Normally I use businesses that have been recommended by friends or family, but in this case, I couldn't do that. I have not lived locally for 20 years. I have relied on Yelp to find people locally in order to help my father and this company did not disappoint. After months of cleaning 50 years of crap out of a house my parents only lived in for 30 years, we decided we would outsource the cleaning before we put the house on the market. This is work that I/we could have done, but chose not too because we are exhausted. We made the right choice. Karla and Rosalinda were at my father's house for 10 hours today deep cleaning his 2200 square foot house. TEN. HOURS. In ten hours, they did the work that would have taken me AT LEAST 3 full days and it still wouldn't have been as good a job. There were areas that have probably never been cleaned the entirety of my family's ownership, like under the washer and dryer my brother took and along the baseboards. My mother passed in 2010 and my brother and father lived there together until last year. During those 12 years, and probably even a couple years before that (time my mother was sick), there was very little cleaning. The kitchen counters were occasionally wiped down and a brush ran around the toilets, but even that was rare and cleaning beyond that was few and far between. Last week, if you walked into the house, you could never picture yourself living in it and updating everything piecemeal as you could afford it. Buyers would have walked in and immediately felt like the entire house would need to be gutted before it was even habitable. When I left today, I could picture myself moving in with my family. I'm not going to because I have a life and obligations elsewhere, but it is a good measure of how impressed I was. I would feel comfortable moving my children in as it is. Two gentlemen, who's names I didn't catch, came midday and cleaned all the windows inside and out and did a great job as well. That had never been done. Everything else was the incredible ladies. They cleaned the walls, the baseboards, the light fixtures, the window sills, the blinds, the bathrooms (including calcium on faucets and shower heads, and a layer of dust on the standalone tub in the master thicker than words can describe), and all of the kitchen cabinets that were once white and are now white again. For expectations sake, I want to note that we had the carpets cleaned separately because we needed treatment for pet urine. I don't know if this company cleans carpets, but we used chem dry as was recommended to us. I also want to say that, while I am completely and utterly astonished, and frankly disappointed that I didn't take before pictures, nobody is truly magic. As I would hope would be obvious, these ladies can't clean paint back on where it has chipped off and they clean absolutely everything. They couldn't get off the stamp ink from my 3 year old that set and dried before we noticed, but it looked significantly better. I only note that because I don't want someone to read this review and think their house will look brand new. Your house will look it's age, but very clean. This house could still use new paint inside and definitely needs updated, but picture a house you would think needs to be completely gutted... it's now so clean, anyone could live there. And anyone except my Aunt Hazel would probably feel completely comfortable living there. So pick your word... epic... amazing... astonishing... incredible... That's how good of a job they did. My family and I are headed out of California and we have been looking for cleaning services and we came across maids 2000 based on their 5 star ratings. I would like to confirm that they are in fact a 5 star business. They had two teams come out for a deep cleaning. My mom and I were so blown away at how clean the house is. We don't even want to set foot in the house because of how clean it is. We just want to admire from outside. They were extremely professional, the were on time, they were efficient with time and addressed everything we requested and more! I cannot say enough about the fantastic job Maids 2000 did for my family yesterday! I reached out to Maid 2000 late last week.... My Mom had fallen and was in the hospital and we needed a last minute deep clean , window and carpets to be done ! I was amazed we could get a last minute job lined up and was not sure what to expect but just needed it done. The first crew ( Luis and Rogelio) did windows and I was so impressed with the care and detail they took.
