We started working with Natasha 12 years ago when purchasing our first home. She came highly recommended by several friends who had used her in the past. She took the time to attend many open houses during an extremely competitive market period until we found a home that met our criteria. Natasha was introduced to me by a mutual friend. When I first met Natasha, I was impressed with how much time she took to listen to the kind of home we wanted. She regularly sent us not only listings but also her own summaries of the listings so that we would have more details about the property. She was aggressive without being pushy, and because she already knew what kind of home we wanted in terms of the location, commute, style etc, she would let us know in advance whether she thought we would like the property or not. Natasha was always responsive and turned around questions very quickly. She was patient with us, and always maintained a calm disposition.
