My wife called him and got a quote, we called other agents and got quotes. He was not the lowest for the coverage we wanted. He called us back and so how had a lower quote. He dropped it and did not tell us. Then when I called him on it, he mouthed off and called my wife names, blamed her for not being smart enough to read the coverage.
