Their website is convenient, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Still, I decided to call ahead, and sure enough, the holiday package deal really is that good of a deal. Plus, the person who answered was friendly. I booked the snowy photoshoot with my boyfriend and dog. In about 20-30 minutes, they got around 160 pictures. Not only that, but they were incredibly personable and patient. Even though my dog is well-behaved, I truly saw how exhausting it can be (because it was for me!) having a distracted and tired dog in the photoshoot and they did a great job of being patient while still capturing great shots. The remainder of our appointment slot was spent narrowing down which pictures we wanted and what package and options we wanted. They told me the prints would be ready in three days. Sure enough, the pictures were ready in three days. They even counted Sunday into the three day count, so I wasn't expecting the pictures to be ready on a Tuesday. I must say, the price, timeliness and friendliness is what exceeded my expectations. I've had a photoshoot before with another unaffiliated photographer that cost hundreds of dollars and fell short. I went here with a friend in February or March 2024. Before I went, I of course did research to see which rooms I wanted to take pictures in, and I picked my outfit based on my favorite room. But then I got there and learned that they change the rooms! So, the teal cloud room I was excited about was no longer there. We took pics in 3 of the rooms: the blue cloud/column room, the monster loveseat room, and the flowers room.
