Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad. After we spent the afternoon driving around town to see if Staples and UPS could take photos for…read moreCanadian passport requirements (neither could cut the passport photos to the Canadian size requirements) we found Photo Express through a quick Google search. I gave them a call before heading to their store to confirm if they can do the Canadian passport photos and the employee/owner who answered was friendly and assured me that they have experience doing Candian passports and have been in business for 30 years. So after that call, to the Arden area we went! When my sister and I arrived at the office, they took her to the back to get her photos taken. After a few minutes, the person helping her told her that her teeth were slightly showing in the initial picture they took of her and told her it would be much safer to take another picture so that her passport application would not get denied! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and they care about their customers! A set of 2 passport photos was $30 (as of May 2026) and they followed all the Canadian passport requirements carefully. I noticed they also have a bunch of tube TVs in the front, old cameras, VHS players- it was like stepping into the 90s again. I loved the old grainy VHS quality footage they were playing on the tube TVs. I will strongly consider them when I get started on converting old video camera tapes to digital files. Does it take over 3 weeks to print out photos and slap a label on them??! I had wanted to send them along with mother's day cards... didn't happen. You'd think in this day and age they'd be more automated and quick EDIT: Got the photos a few days after initial review. Photo quality is great and magnets are great. However, ALL photos are slightly slanted so when i use my cutter they don't line up properly. My friends' photos don't seem to have this issue so maybe it's just ours...
