    The T-Mobile office staff are fine. My complaint is with the T-Mobile Corporate and "no customer…read moreservice." They recently stopped giving existing customers a discount for autopay using a credit card (our only safe method of payment with customer protections). My attempts to deal with T-Mobile has resulted in my dissatisfaction. What they have done is unfair to existing customers who entered into an agreement with T-Mobile (customer rates, charges, etc). They promoted through mailings, media ads, and personal contacts that they have a "Price Lock" guarantee. Well not exactly. They created a "back door" gimmick to charge existing customers for using their credit card. No one I have attempted to speak with through T-Mobile acknowledges this gimmick. Their attitude is "everything is fine." No T-Mobile it's not fine. I have lost total respect for your company and it's "poor or no customer service" on this issue. I spoke with Julio Mendez, Sr. Specialist, team CEO at T-Mobile. He had the nerve to explain that due to the past data breach, T-Mobile made this decision partially as a safety feature. Give me a break Mr. Mendez. A credit card is a safety method of payment, not T-Mobile having access to our checking accounts. T-Mobile has taken away an agreed upon discount while at the same time paying for T-Mobile signs placed all over professional team stadiums and arenas that cost millions of dollars. Change your policy T-Mobile if you want to regain the trust and respect from your customers. Period.
