While traveling through the Hannibal, MO area on a Sunday afternoon, I got a flat tire on my truck. I called Nate's Auto & Tire, and Nate immediately asked if I was stranded or needed assistance on the road... that was the first thing that stood out to me. I already had my spare on, but it was clear that he was available to assist if needed. When I met him at his shop, Nate was incredibly personable and over the course of our roughly 45-minute interaction, he took the time to explain things before getting me back on the road. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine attitude made what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. Nate deserves a 100 star's We were traveling through Missouri to get home to Nebraska and our car stopped working in Hannibal late Saturday night. We found a hotel as we figured finding auto service on the weekend was not an option. Early Sunday morning we started searching Google and called the first 24 hour towing company we could find. They referred us to Nate and we are soooo pleased they did. Nate meet us at his shop promptly and was able to get a promot diagnostic and quote. He then offered to take us anywhere in town so we could find entertainment while the car was repaired. Nate is a 1 in a million when it comes to top notch service. My car broke down on the highway late at night. Called a lot of towing places but Nate's was only place that answered. He was friendly, calm and knowledgeable. He got my car quickly for a fair price and by morning he had car issue diagnosed. The quoted price was what I paid. He was honest and explained everything clearly. When Enterprise roadside assistance failed us... Nate's Auto and Towing saved us!! On our way home (out of state) from family reunion we got a flat tire. We were able to make it to Nate's Auto shop, where they unloaded us into air conditioned office and fixed tire right away!! Such a family vibe at this shop! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was stranded on the side of the road on the Illinois side of the mark twain memorial bridge at 8:00pm on a Friday with a flat tire. Nate was able to find a replacement tire and come to my rescue quickly (the car didn't have a spare tire). He was very professional, courteous, and patient. Above and beyond! Nate literally saved us! We had a crazy incident on I-72 with our camper travel trailer and needed new wheel barring on one of our camper tires. Nate came to us since wr could not get it to him, he met us in a town a few over and fixed us up! He was amazing! He saved our vacation!
