Brian was all booked because, well, if you saw the pictures of his work, you'd know why. But Brian took pity on me because of my situation and came out the SAME DAY! Unfortunately, and I feel horrible about this, I found someone who could do the project the next day but couldn't get back to him before he actually came out to the house. I profusely apologized and offered to pay him for coming out and he wouldn't hear of it because "That's not how he does business."
