The next day I came after work, and without saying a thing, he brought my mower to me, started it up (it had gas that had gone bad over the winter), told me what to do so I wouldn't have to see him again, and helped me load it up in my car. I was told by…read morethe person in charge that it was a great deal for me since they would be closed Saturday and Monday for Labor Day and I would be only charged for a 1 one day rental if I had it back before the gates closed at 4:30 pm on Tuesday 9/2/25. I returned the equipment at 2:08 pm on Tuesday and upon checkout I was told the equipment was due back at 8:30 am on Tuesday, and I was charged nearly a full extra day, $306.16. If I had been told it was due back at 8:30 am I would have had it back on time. UPDATE: After posting the one star review, I noticed I had a 10 am voicemail from the person in charge that I spoke to at Lindsey inquiring about the return of the equipment. However, I still know what I was told. I should have known to get it in writing, it would have taken five seconds for me to have him write the deadline with the date and time of return and initial it. The people that worked there and assisted with loading and unloading were very helpful and friendly and other than the issue with the return time, the person in charge was also friendly.

The…read moreowner seemed to be knowledgeable initially, but upon picking up my repair, didn't seem to actually put any effort effort diagnosing my issue. He was more interested in receiving a service fee for doing essentially nothing. I'm almost positive that they misdiagnosed not one but both of my lawn mowers one of which I let them keep based on the information that they told me. When they told me the second lawnmower couldn't be repaired. I pushed back and asked them if I take it to another shop and they're willing enable to get it fixed then would my $50 be refunded being that you didn't fix my problem. The owner didn't responded well another shop might be able to get it up and running, but I still don't think it's gonna cut.. Like I said, I don't typically leave bad reviews about places like this, but something needs to be said. I really think you would be better off spending your money somewhere else where they value you and actually take the time to figure out what the issue is and it's less focused on keeping your money for a service fee. I was torn between taking my lawn equipment to this place and a few other places in North County. The other places were booked up and I now see why they were booked up. My advice, wait on the other lawnmower repair places that are booked up versus taking your equipment to these people.
