Her asst Margarita guards the gate well. She controls my medicine intake making believe she's a professional but she is not. No empathy regarding my arthritic pain and no pain meds are refilled. I'm so totally disappointed I've dropped her like a hot bad potatoe. Drs need to surround themselves with experienced assistants. Dr Franco chooses child like assistants with baby English to give me bad news. Uncooperative and unsympathetic towards my severe pain and my cries to alleviate my issue. So nope I would never recommend Dr Franco to only my enemies! Stay away from this child like PA in Pinecrest. Oh also know Dr Franco stands up and rolls her computer out the door NEVER SAYING GOODBYE. She leaves me sitting thinking she coming back but she doesn't. A child like assistant comes and walks you out to another child like person to lose papers give you misread info. It's too much for me to handle. I don't believe Dr Franco has my best interest in mind. Over there you'll get lost in between spots which btw are issued for 3-4 months never sooner.
