The front entrance on a busy street seems older and more ornant on the outside, and as you go down the parking lot gets more modern and designed for function. It was hard to find the entrance to the parking lot, which is narrow and on the side of the building. You can enter on the bottom floor, which had a friendly guard who told me where the elevator was. The elevator is older and small, but not claustrophobic or scary. You can also take the stairs up. The library is divided between children and adults, and the employees were very friendly. It's impossible to make an online appointment for a renewal because they don't exist! She refused to help me. Maleeka refused to give me her last name. If she's not doing anything wrong, why refuse to provide your full name? I called a couple of times trying to get her full name. The phone rang and rang without being picked up. When Maleeka answered when I called AGAIN, she started screaming at me and told me she was calling the police...all because I wanted her last name. My son also called, trying to get her name. He asked to speak to the postmaster and was told, "It's me! I'm Maleeka. Who 'dis,?" She refused to give him her last name. Also, she wasn't wearing a uniform or a name tag. Maleeka needs to be fired. A formal complaint has been filed.
