I was nervous because this place is inside of a gym but it is extremely clean and separated in a spa like fashion away from the actual gym which is nice. I've been suffering from chronic pain my whole life and these guys go the extra mile to explain everything and help get you set up to feeling better. It's like having a nurse or private physician take you through treatments and give you one on one time. I liked their customer service so much I signed up for a monthly membership. Even though you don't really feel the results after one time going I want to see what will happen over multiple treatments and see if I get any benefit. I know it will take a week or two to start feeling results but I'm excited to do so in the meantime. Also there cryotherapy chamber is one of the biggest and the most cold in Minnesota. I was told my insurance would not cover this and then hit with a $100 bill for a 10 minute zoom call. I made a good faith effort to make the payment anyway and send my payment information to their billing office. A month later I received another bill and was told my "payment information was not correct" (Even though BetterHelp has been using the same payment information for months no problem. Shannon at the business office was a flake when it came to communication. I told her I was going to the Better business bureau which I did but they refused to responds to their two attempts to contact me. I continue to receive bills from them and am now putting return to sender on the envelope. I found out the sleep issues were a symptom of Perimenopause which I found supplements that greatly improved my sleep. This business seems to care more about money than their patients.

The front desk staff is completely unprofessional, down right rude, they glare at patients as they walk through to the exit. Front desk person Cassandra refused to have me as a patient anymore because I asked to have my preferences changed because 8 text messages reminders then multiple phone call reminders are extremely excessive. Then she glared at me when I left after my appointment. She should not be in the customer industry, and if I was her employer I would have fired her a long time ago.
