I must say he is indeed the best we have in Bay area (and probably elsewhere)! He agreed to finalize the date and time of meeting as per my convenience even though he is a busy guy. We needed several documents notarized in a timely manner and we found Nathan who was located near our home, We actually visited him twice since the first time we came, he noticed a conflict we had with my ID's & the contracts. Some might overlook this, but Nathan is VERY professional and pointed out the problem. This required us to come back 2 days later with another witness making sure all was proper and legal. Nathan was fantastic! He delivered the best customer service of any notary I have every had. He came to my house within hours of my call to help sign some important loan documents. He was very careful to make sure he reviewed everything and that all notarized documents were completed correctly. It is almost humorous that the last loan we signed for with another notary had to redone twice due to missed signatures, etc. Nathan did right the first time. I would recommend him highly! Before placing a call to him, had spoke to quite a few other notaries around my area,but was getting cold responses and unreasonable prices for the amount of documents I had to get notarized. This notary place has got to be one the worst, most nonprofessional places I have been too. When I called in to set up an appointment, he was talking to me as if he was busy doing something better. That was the first thing that didn't want me to say yes, but reading all the reviews, I decided to give him a chance. We met, and I don't know how long it took for him to get my documents notarized. I needed some documents to be notarized very quickly over the weekend and within an hour I am done with the job and delivered the documents where I am supposed to. This business is not the kind of that you would want to get involved in. I called him to simply get something notarized, and it went smoothly. BUT!!! When it came type for our appointment, he showed up AN HOUR LATE. This not acceptable for any business, let alone something that needs to be notarized.
