At the last minute the bank required us to have homeowner's insurance in place. Matt Jackson and Tralee came to the rescue and got our policy in place and at a reasonable price; making adjustments to get a policy within our budget. The service didn't end after they made the sale. Additional changes were necessary to the policy and Matt and Tralee responded immediately and completed the updates. We only used them for the insurance but I would feel comfortable using them for additional services that they informed me they offer.

Over the summer, I was contacted by Josh from the Agency who offered to review my insurance. I told him that I would work with him, but I am pretty slow - so it will take time. Once I finally got my act together and sent everything off to Josh, he carefully reviewed everything and reported back to me that the coverage that I currently have is a good fit for me and we mutually decided that now is not the time for me to move my business over to Koning. But, this whole exercise highlighted the fact that Koning was neither high-pressure or only interested in getting my business. Neither were true and I felt that I had been handled with total professional courtesy and respect by an honest and ethical agent. I will approach them again at some point in the future to crunch my numbers. There is a good, reassuring feeling about working with a totally local firm and Koning left me to really appreciate the fact that I was respected and treated with an abundance of integrity.
